Very noisy but understandable with the game between England and Rarotonga.

Comfortable beds and good price for the family. High level traffic noise so need earplugs (in reception). Room servicing was inconsistent with only towels replaced. Tea was not on most days nor was rubbish emptied. Says seating area but only 2 dining chairs and a tiny table so really it's just beds.

Check in was strange as we kept pushing the door bell and ended up ringing up to get the key. The bathroom was huge and very convenient but hanging your clothes in the bathroom is not suitable unless there is an iron that we need to request. As we enjoy hot drinks, the leaking jug was not helpfull, and the fridge was not fit to have any cold liquid standing up so our milk always leaked as it sat on its side. All beds made you feel like you were rolling to the middle. It was fit for purpose and satisfactory enough for a family of 4 but please consider putting a wardrobe in the single bedroom as bags ended up in the kitchen area so would not get wet in the bathroom

Very noisy location with a major road outside the bedroom window. They gave free ear plugs but still not very god

I love the location of the motel. It’s quiet and yet close to the airport. Very clean and spacious.
The only one problem for me was the check-in hour. It was kinda late as my flight to Auckland was early in the morning and i couldn’t check-in until 12pm. So it’ll be great if the manager can adjust the check-in time to coincide with guests flight schedules.
But all in all, i had a lovely time at Middlemore Motel. I would definitely stay there again and also recommend friends and family who will staying overnight at Auckland. 💝

Very friendly and helpful staff
Also room was very clean and brand new.
I only had an issue with getting out of the shower, as it had a bit of a high step and it was difficult for me stepping out because I have problems with my ankle due to rheumatoid arthritis and it was a bit of a struggle not losing my balance stepping out.

it was clean and nice, but a bit out of the way come in on the train from air port but no cabs or busses so had to walk there about 20 min.
