環境非常好，果園太漂亮。主人很客氣，特別等到早餐時來詢問客人感受。

I let myself get ****** in by the inexplicably positive reviews without reading them very carefully, which is the only way you will know before booking this place that you are likely to share one sink, one shower, and two toilets with potentially 8 people. And this is not the only discomfort. My room was taken up almost entirely by the bed. There was no foldable suitcase platform or any place to put it out of the way. It is typical in a B and B that access to common areas will compensate for limited space in your own room. Not here. There is a spacious living room/kitchen area that is off limits (also not indicated in the advertising). There is nice out door space and a good view, but this was by far the worst B and B where I've stayed. It's a glorified short-term rooming house where you get cereal and toast in the morning (but not even a pot of fresh coffee!).

Waitomo Orchard B & B was quiet and comfortable and extremely close to the waitomo caves. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is also a great outdoor area to relax in. The provided breakfast was good and there's even a kitchen to prepare a meal of you don't want to drive into town for a meal.
