I know its a small town but the area around the hotel makes it look a bit uninviting. Once you get there it is nice though. Very friendly at check-in. Broken fridge was replaced immediately.

This is the perfect little rest stop for traveling. It’s not in a big city, so not a ton to do, but it is quiet and peaceful. It’s not crowded, which I prefer when traveling. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and there was a quick breakfast there in the morning (with an awesome tea selection).

The staff was accommodating and the room was clean. Had trouble with the coffee machine and went to the gas station just steps away. Great Mexican restaurant in town, Senor Barrigas!!

They were very nice people! We went and seen Messi play in Kansas City and my son ended up giving the owners son one of his Messi jerseys. Very nice place

We enjoyed our stay so much a few days earlier, we decided to stay here again on our way back home. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

You’re booking here because St. Joseph was sold out, not because you want to stay in Mound City. There’s not much there. For the brand it was far from the worst. The room was clean. The bed was hard. The toilet flowed ever so often. It was ok for half the price. They apparently knew St. Joe was sold out and it was still a distance to the next hotel. The parking lot was very well lit and it was right next to McDonalds and a gas station. It was right off the highway. No elevator if you need one.

The staff was super-friendly. The room was very clean. The location was perfect, just off the Interstate highway. The town has a couple really nice shops nearby.

Front desk guy tried to lie to me about automatic room assignment. Way over priced for the location and what they offer. Breakfast was cheap and almost nonexistent. Again, way overpriced.
