Our stay was superb! The hotel's walking distance to our meetings was incredibly convenient. The cleanliness was notable, and the staff's hospitality enhanced our experience. Moreover, the excellent proximity to restaurants and shops made our evenings delightful. A perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers!

剛從渥太華回來，總體感覺不錯，賣家秀並不是照騙，離市中心很近，市政廳都是走路距離。晚上很安靜，有個陽台，開門是用鑰匙開門

Nothing, front desk staff we dealt with were rude, disrespectful and any issues fell on deaf ear. They told us their manager would contact us after our stay to which no one ever did. Thank goodness ******* stepped up and helped us as much as they could

Booked a queen suite with kitchen and separate bedroom.
Didnt realize until we came back from our outing that it was actually a double bed, with the smallest pillows for a hotel bed, or any adult bed I have ever seen. Headboard was not attached to wall properly and often banged with movement.
For a last minute escape, I will not choose this hotel again.
TV had limited choices and signal was very poor. Screen kept freezing with big digital squares.
Kitchen was nice, full stove and fridge. But coffee maker took forever to make.

This is an older hotel in need of updating, but clean and well maintained. We appreciated the separate rooms for children though they complained that the twin mattresses were hard. Our queen bed was perfectly comfortable. The bathroom was tiny but had great water pressure. We enjoyed our stay though unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed for the holidays during our stay.
