The window they gave us for check in was only one hour from 4 to 5 p.m. That is too restrictive. And check out was too early: 10 a.m. It is a very short time from check in to check out.

Bring towels if you are glamping. This place was awesome but, we didn't bring towels and they were not included. The museum nearby was so good. Don't miss it!

The Bungalow we have booked was brand new and very clean. The park was very well maintained. It offered a lot of entertainment for the kids and a very relaxing vacation for us. Washing the clothes was easy using the laundromats next to the reception, the dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine worked well, as well as the smart TV which you can connect with any subscription services you already have. The bedsheets and towels we have booked in advance were very clean and easy to use. The indoor pool was clean and a lot of fun as well as the lake with a sandy beach. There are a lot of events so be sure to book them or buy tickets, like a circus that was built for one evening. The site is located right next to the De Hoge Veluwe national park that is very easy to reach by car or bike. Also, it is very near to Apeldoorn, Arnhem and Nijmegen which are historic towns with a lot to experience. All in all, we were very satisfied, thank you for your friendliness and support.

We had to wait for two hours (from 15:00 until 17:00) to gain access to our chalet due to late cleaning. The two bedrooms were very small and would not be suitable for large people. The small garden area was unkempt and lacked recent maintenance.

Better signage on the park would be helpfull

Mooi park en erg schoon. Ook een prachtige ligging vlakbij mooie natuur. Helaas wel onveilig bij ons huisje, in de voortuin. Zo liep met mijn tassen over een tussendoor padje over een tegel naar ons huisje. Deze tegels bleken los te liggen op een soort van gat van een halve meter diep. De tegels braken toen ik er overheen liep, mijn been zakte er doorheen. Met als resultaat dat mijn been helemaal open lag en veel pijn had. Ik had ook mijn been kunnen breken, of dat één van mijn zoontjes hier doorheen zakte. Dit bij de receptie aangeven, ook mijn kapotte been laten zien. Ik moest een mail sturen, maar daar is niet eens op gereageerd. Ook lag Len twee dagen later nog steeds de tegels half los over het gat, met alle gevolgen van dien.

Verbleven in een klein wellness huisje. Prachtige omgeving en een heerlijk huisje! Even tot rust komen op een park waar alles aanwezig is. Een zwembad, restaurant, mini supermarkt. Vriendelijk personeel en er is genoeg te doen!

Casette arredate con gusto e con ogni comfort ( forno, lavastoviglie, camino con cromoterapia, arredo giardino sia per pranzi/cene sia per momenti di relax, parcheggio auto adiacente alla casetta e personale). Facilissimo il check in. Apprezzati i servizi per i bambini come laghetto, giochi esterni, piscina. Vicino al kroller Muller museum. Davvero consigliato!
