A large hotel situated on the edge of Ouartzazarte obviously used as a night stop over by many coach tours. Rooms were quite difficult to find up many flights of stairs and there are no lifts. There is a large pool area. The room was ok but had an overbath shower. Food was buffet style with a mix of Berber, French and standard hotel food! The waiters were extremely quick to remove plates, sometimes before you had finished! This makes your meal a very speedy one. Alcohol was served even though it was Ramadan.

The rooms were basic, the bathroom chipped and in need of a refresh. Sheets were thin. The food was adequate but it was disappointing to see the previous breakfast still out on a table when we arrived for dinner On thé plus side we could buy wine and beer from a small range.

Too expensive according to the services. The pool was half full . It should be renovated.no food that day.not the other day we called the receptionist no one answered.we pay money for services. I was disappointed

Really bad.. Our stay was coloured by 40 teenage schoolchildren screaming, jumping into the pool and running around all night (well til 3AM), with no attempt by anyone at the hotel to quieten them. So zero sleep. it would obviously be better without that experience. The bar is terrible, the food very poor. Single pillows are like rocks. But it does have a bath in the bathroom!

Ne mérite pas son 4 étoiles. Il a l'air d'un hotel à l'abandon et peu entretenu. La localisation est bonne et le personnel sympa, mais le petit déjeuner horrible avec du pain sec et peu de choix. ils font le ménage pendant que vous mangez ou que vous vous détendez à la piscine qui est glacée. D'ailleurs on voit des nettoyages toute la journée. on doit payer la taxe de séjour en liquide (pas de CB). Chambres à revoir même si elles sont assez grande. Ça manque un peu de management de personnel.

Bell'hotel centrale, con il centro cittadino, la Kasbah e il museo del cinema a due passi. Belle camere ampie (la nostra con vista interna sulla piscina). Colazione e cena con ampio e buon buffet. Personale professionale ma non proprio gentile. Wi-fi buono.

El hotel exteriormente es atractivo, pero el interior es bastante decadente, necesita una puedta a punto inmediata, las habitaciones son sencillas y limpias pero hay muchos elementos antiguos y en mal estado (ducha, baño)

Un hôtel qui a du être très beau mais malheureusement comme souvent qui manque cruellement d’entretien. Pour des endroits touristiques, comme Ouarzazate pas d’excuses pour le respect des règles d’hôtellerie…. Les serviettes d’un blanc plus que douteux, un manque de ménage évident. Le restaurant… beaucoup en quantité mais qualité moyenne, un personnel peu aimable, Bref, pas terrible….

Hôtel confortable bien situé pour les visites de la région ( studios de cinéma, vallée du Drâa…) Cependant la climatisation était défaillante et notre chambre n’avait pas été faite au soir du premier jour (?) nous y sommes restés 2 nuits et globalement contents!
