An excellent hotel in Oujda, probably the best in town. Not only the location is super inside the Medina, and the rooms are wide and comfortable (more like a small apartment), the breakfast is the best we had during our 3 months stay in the country and the price is very reasonable. But above all, it is Lutfi, the owner who makes the big difference. He will come to pick you up whether you arrive by train, plane or taxi. He will take you for a walk in the old city and show you the best place to have dinner and he will constantly bring you food to eat and shakes to drink. This gentleman is just amazing. Highly, highly recommended!!

Bon séjour en immersion dans la ville. Chambres très agréables et un hôte aux petits soins. Une expérience à refaire en couple ou en famille. Oujda reste une destination typique de l'ouest marocain qu'il convient de découvrir et de visiter.

Superbe Hôtel où Mélanie et moi même avons passé un merveilleux séjour (notre Saint Valentin) grâce à l’accueil, le surclassement dans la suie, a l’ouverture d’esprit et aux très bons conseils de notre hote Lufti. Lufti est soucieux du bien être de ses hôtes rarement vu telle gentillesse et implication ! Petit-déjeuner carrément exceptionnel !

Hôtel de rêve en plein centre d’Oujda. Chambre spatieuse et confortable, douche au top, propreté aussi. Le propriétaire est d’une gentillesse absolue. Mention très spéciale pour le petit dejeuner digne d’un palace. On a adoré notre séjour ici, merci Lofti!

Nous avions réservé 4 mois à l'avance, le propriétaire nous confirme la réservation et également ma demande concernant l'ajout d'un lit enfant. La veille de notre arrivée j'envoie un mail pour réserver le dîner et le propriétaire me répond que notre réservation a été annulée tout simplement pour cause de surbooking! En effet bénéficiant d'un tarif préférentiel via Booking Monsieur a préféré revendre la chambre à un meilleur tarif! Le pire c'est que si je n'avais pas fait cette demande la veille je me serai retrouvé avec mes 3 enfants en bas âge à rechercher un autre hôtel à 22h! Heureusement Booking nous a trouvé un autre hôtel rapidement qui je pense au final mérite vraiment de s'appeler hôtel nous y sommes actuellement et les personnes à l'accueil ont été très professionnelles jusqu'à nous réserver notre dîner dans un restaurant recommandait par leur soin. Évitez les amateurs et les escros comme le Riad Lahlou car l'hébergement n'est pas garanti même en réservant!

Lage, Zimmer, der nette Chef und die Mitarbeitende machen das Hotel Lahlou zu einem idealen Ort. Der Besitzer tut alles, damit die Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Wir haben ein wunderbares, liebevolles Weihnachtsessen auf der schönen Dachterrasse genossen. Der Besitzer hat uns durch die Medina geführt und uns einen tollen Überblick über Oujda gegeben und das ohne etwas extra dafür zu wollen. Weiterhin hat er uns einen super Automechniker besorgt.
