I was honored to be the first guest after the reopening post-pandemic. I especially enjoyed the meals on the terrace overlooking the Ourika Valley. The Kasbah is located in a rather vertical village known for its ceramic work. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was well decorated and spacious. Kamal, his wife and Souffiane made my stay enjoyable and relaxing.

le plus sale de tout notre road trip.a eviter.draps tachés, wc non nettoyés.....Dommage car l'hotel est sympa malgre un acces difficile a pied et pas de parking.Difficile a trouver avec le GPS WAZEet google maps pourtant situé en bordure de la route qui mene a setti fa**a et avant l'embranchement pour oukaimeden.

Apres un roadtrip de 9 jours ou nous avons été très content des 9 hotels sélectionnés par Tripadvisor, nous avons été très déçus par ce riad ou nous avions payé et ne sommes même pas restés pour dormir. Personnel réduit à 2 personnes. Une montée raide de 50m au départ de la route pour accéder à l'hotel mal indiqué. Acceuil très froid et désabusé contrairement aux autres riads ou nous sommes descendus. Nous avons constaté la propreté ragoutante de la chambre (wc maculés, savons ouverts et remis en partie dans leur emballage sur le lavabo, draps douteux, tapis devant le lit plein de poussière.) Après l'avoir signalé, rien n'a été fait pour nous changer de chambre ou au moins nettoyer la sdb et changer les draps. Nous nous sommes empressés de téléphoner au riad ou nous devions aller le lendemain qui a eu la gentillesse de nous acceuillir le jour meme. Pour conclure, nous pensons que ce riad a eu de la splendeur avant le covid, mais l'état de délabrement actuel (à noter clim bricolée et defaillante dans la chambre) et le manque de personnel pour nettoyer, aérer et préparer les chambres sont rédhibitoires.

Accueil décevant , Difficile à trouver mal indiqué. Accès au riad compliqué car grosse montée . Accès pour les valises derrière le riad . Chambre et salle de bain sale, j ai du demander de faire le ménage . Serviettes de toilettes utilisées! Suspendues que j ai fait voir au gérant ....WC souillé ! De belles photos sur le site certainement avant covid , Malheureusement la réalité fait que ce riad n a pas été entretenu et nous ne sommes pas restés.
