It is not your standard ibis styles - this used to be a different hotel, and albeit it has been taken over by Accor Group, the traces of former décor are omnipresent. The room was rather tired, albeit very clean. The bed was good, we slept well, The breakfast was included, however, I would say it wasn't the best breakfast compared to other ibis styles hotels we've have experience staying at. All in all, if you're looking to spend a night and get going, this could be a good option. For a luxury/experience Brussels I would suggest staying elsewhere.

The rooms were very nice. My main issue was billing. I booked through an agency and everything was prepaid. Two of the days we were there, we had breakfast in the dining area. Each time, I paid in cash for 3 breakfasts (15€ x 3). They never gave me a receipt. When we checked out, they made me return the plastic keys and then checked my account. They told me there was one unpaid breakfast and would not call me a taxi until I paid. I was never given a receipt and there was no one in the hotel to complain to. I paid reluctantly and asked them to clear it up later. I've exchanged like 10 emails with the hotel and they never did anything. My advice is avoid using cash and always demand a receipt. I found this to be a very dishonest practice

The hotel is very good and very good quality when it comes to a novel.
The very modern room, the litter is perfect, a beautiful and modern bathroom, only a small bemol, the rest of the old occupants soap.
Very large television with a lot of French-speaking chain.
Heating nothing to signal, a little too noisy yet.

The hotel was rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was courteous and professional. Check-in and check-out was efficient and quick. The airport shuttle ran frequently and was reliable.

Stayed here 2 nights with family of 4. The hotel is modern, clean and spacious. Food (ex. Pizza) and beverages are available in the lobby any time of the day. This hotel is roughly a 30 min drive from the Gare du Nord. Pros: - Around 5-10 min walk to the nearest train station and another 10-15min train ride to the city (2.10 euro for a single ticket) - Laundry room (with iron) and gym located on 2nd floor - Beds and pillow are luxuriously comfortable. Very impressed with the high quality of the rooms and the great customer service - Carrefour grocery market 1 min walk Uber is very cheap in this city compared to other EU countries. Please note this hotel is situated right beside (or is connected) to a hospital. This means taxis are available all day long but sirens will be heard throughout your stay. Overall, I recommend this hotel to those visiting the area. I however, will stay in a hotel in the city of Brussels next time around.

We had been on a coach trip all around Europe, and stayed at this ”hotel” on our way back to Calais. I can honestly say it was the worst place I have ever stayed in. It was dark, and dingy, no decent lighting. We arrived about 8pm, all hungry, and we had a choice of 2 stews or pizza. The room was so tiny, we could not put 2 cases anywhere, I ended up putting mine by the door, which, really, would have been a fire hazard, as you couldn't get to the door in an emergency. The curtains were hanging off the rail, the pictures were all crooked, walls were thin, and we could hear everything our neighbours were saying. No tea or coffee in the room. One of our group, their room wasn't even ready, it was disgusting. Breakfast was awful, just ”continental”. The ”hot” water for tea, was luke warm. Could not use. The toaster didn't work properly and the staff ended up taking it away! As said before, the lighting was practically non-existent, could not see what you were eating. Coach companies - DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. It put a really damper on our otherwise great holiday. In the morning, our drivers ended up collecting all the cases from the rooms because ”the porterage person” hadn't turned up that day!!

The major 4 stars hotel is situated in the centre of Brussels . A unique feature of the hotel is the amazing top floor dedicated to the relaxation centre complete with fitness room and sauna with panoramic view from the 29th floor.
The hotel has 13 various sized meeting rooms. All conference rooms are fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern AV equipment.
The O Bar with its cutting-edge contemporary design offers a cosy atmosphere to relax. Breakfast buffet is served every day.

Just come home from a short two night stay at the hotel and everything was positive. Reception was down a few steps but there's a lift down for anyone who struggles with step. Check in was smooth and took less than 2 minutes . The room was very nice two single beds spaced quite close but if you are staying with friends or family this isn't an issue. Bathroom was clean and large with a bath and shower shower gel and shampoo was supplied attached to the wall in the shower. Free water daily stocked into the room fridge and also free coffee for the coffee machine. The later check out of 12 was a bonus and the hotel are happy to store luggage should you be on an evening flight. The hotel has a nice bar and all staff are friendly . The only issue would be because its such a large hotel the lifts are always busy we had to walk down the stairs from the 10th floor a few times which is a lot of steps so anyone on a higher floor just be warned if you aren't too good at walking. The area around the hotel is pretty nice a bit like a business district but venture a few streets behind and it gets a bit grim and becomes a bit more shady just a warning to have your wits about you if going that way .

The location is a certain distance from the subway. A little closer to the bus and tram station. Why the eating place nearby is a bit deserted. Hygiene feels very general. The noise of cars coming and going outside sleeping at night is very noisy. The equipment is okay, each bed has a charging port and a bedside light. If you bring a lock yourself, there are also cabinets that can be locked. Breakfast is provided, which is pretty average, but you don’t have to go out and look for it again. The toilet and bathroom are separate, which is good.
