It is not your standard ibis styles - this used to be a different hotel, and albeit it has been taken over by Accor Group, the traces of former décor are omnipresent. The room was rather tired, albeit very clean. The bed was good, we slept well, The breakfast was included, however, I would say it wasn't the best breakfast compared to other ibis styles hotels we've have experience staying at. All in all, if you're looking to spend a night and get going, this could be a good option. For a luxury/experience Brussels I would suggest staying elsewhere.

Probably the worse experience check-in so far! We arrived early and asked politely to the staff what time is the check-in, this particular staff name Tobe M. was very rude and responded at 3pm. So we went around town and came back at 2:50pm to check-in, this staff was very unfriendly saying it was not 3:00pm yet, eventually he let us in. But overall the check-in experience was such a nigh**are. Breakfast was good though.

I stayed here with colleagues 3 times in 8 days. The first visit I was greeted by a most friendly, understanding, humorous and friendly man who could not have made the process any better. The second visit the man hadn't a smile or any warmth in his greeting. The third time possibly due to my colleague and I trying to discuss that we didn't like having to run the gauntlet of smokers outside the only entrance and it being enclosed on 3 sides we were met with distain, sarcasm, sideways looks between colleagues and frank rudeness. There was no attempt to even try to apologise, quiet the opposite in fact being told that ”it's outside so doesn't matter!” Customer service needs attention. Rooms clean, needs comfy, breakfast adequate. Restaurant available in the next door Ibis standard hotel. Staff here very pleasant. Food below average. Position was great for our needs. Plenty of car parking. Pay at reception for parking of you require a receipt otherwise the barrier doesn't give you one and you have to go back to reception to request one to be emailed to you.

The major 4 stars hotel is situated in the centre of Brussels . A unique feature of the hotel is the amazing top floor dedicated to the relaxation centre complete with fitness room and sauna with panoramic view from the 29th floor.
The hotel has 13 various sized meeting rooms. All conference rooms are fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern AV equipment.
The O Bar with its cutting-edge contemporary design offers a cosy atmosphere to relax. Breakfast buffet is served every day.

Just come home from a short two night stay at the hotel and everything was positive. Reception was down a few steps but there's a lift down for anyone who struggles with step. Check in was smooth and took less than 2 minutes . The room was very nice two single beds spaced quite close but if you are staying with friends or family this isn't an issue. Bathroom was clean and large with a bath and shower shower gel and shampoo was supplied attached to the wall in the shower. Free water daily stocked into the room fridge and also free coffee for the coffee machine. The later check out of 12 was a bonus and the hotel are happy to store luggage should you be on an evening flight. The hotel has a nice bar and all staff are friendly . The only issue would be because its such a large hotel the lifts are always busy we had to walk down the stairs from the 10th floor a few times which is a lot of steps so anyone on a higher floor just be warned if you aren't too good at walking. The area around the hotel is pretty nice a bit like a business district but venture a few streets behind and it gets a bit grim and becomes a bit more shady just a warning to have your wits about you if going that way .

The B****y by Warwick made for a very comfortable and reasonably priced stay for two nights in Brussels. We came to visit family in Belgium but the family we usually stay with all had covid-19. So we had to make a hotel reservation at the last minute (actually from the airport in Doha while waiting for our connecting flight). The hotel is very well located. In an area of Brussels that is out of the most touristic parts of the city, but which is surrounded by parks and interesting neighborhoods. And very easy to walk or take the tram to the centre of the city. The staff could not be more accommodating. As other reviewers have noted, the décor is ”classic” and not contemporary. But the beds are very comfortable. and the garden terrace in back makes for a very pleasant place to have breakfast, or tea or a drink in the afternoon or early evening. This is the 2nd time that we have stayed here. And very much enjoyed both of our stays.

I used to stay in a luxury hotel in Southeast Asia and felt very ordinary when I first stayed. It wasn't until I moved to the next ibis that I found out how luxurious this hotel is! Safflower needs a green leaf lining! Next door Ibis is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! No facilities, the beds are gray! breakfast! ? Laughing personally.

The rooms were very nice. My main issue was billing. I booked through an agency and everything was prepaid. Two of the days we were there, we had breakfast in the dining area. Each time, I paid in cash for 3 breakfasts (15€ x 3). They never gave me a receipt. When we checked out, they made me return the plastic keys and then checked my account. They told me there was one unpaid breakfast and would not call me a taxi until I paid. I was never given a receipt and there was no one in the hotel to complain to. I paid reluctantly and asked them to clear it up later. I've exchanged like 10 emails with the hotel and they never did anything. My advice is avoid using cash and always demand a receipt. I found this to be a very dishonest practice

Nested in a green landscape and at a short walking distance from the city centre of Wavre and the convention center "La Sucrerie". You will quickly feel at home at ibis Wavre Brussels East.
The electric charger on our parking and a bike rack complete the mobility offer.

This hotel was booked as part of the Belgium grand Prix package through ledger. Upon arrival we were very disappointed to find no hot food available after a very long trip, especially as we had read there was lasagne, pasta's,hot dogs and pizzas available but we were told on the Friday that pizzas would be available on the Saturday night. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable but again we were very disappointed as there was no tea/coffee facilities,not even a kettle. Only 4 hangers in the room and no drawers,we managed for a weekend but for a longer stay it would be unsuitable. Breakfast was adequate although there was only 1 4slice toaster on site and the queues were awful. That said the ladies filling up the food were very polite and sociable unlike the 2 bar men over the 2 nights, especially Sunday the 1 working then was very rude. Also looking at a review left from somebody who was obviously staying the same time as ourselves,it was stated that a beer was 7euro,so I am now wondering why I was charged 20euro for 2 beers and a lemonade 🤔. Unless you have a car you will need to eat out for your evening meal as it really is very poor at the hotel with only pizza hut within walking distance.
