Receptionist (specifically Sara and Clara) had really bad manners. I think they were even discriminatory becuase of my nationality to me with the way they treated me on the phone when I called to ask for a favour about my son who was staying in the hotel. The hotel was good in terms of general fit for the team of my son who was attending the Oviedo Cup. But the receptionist would hang up the phone and would not pick up again. They even said, if you need "such and such...come yourself".

A very good quality hotel within easy walking distance of the old centre of Oviedo.
The staff are excellent, courteous and considerate.
The only caution is the hotel parking. The entrance to the basement parking needs very careful manoeuvring and costs 10 euro a night.
Breakfast is extra, but that is normal. Our breakfast was very enjoyable.
Otherwise this is a very good hotel and easily accessible.

I suppose I should suggest you choose this hotel as they need your help as the beds and furniture around the hotel have seen better days and need to be urgently replaced. (😩😖) In the breakfast area too, you are sitting on the springs rather than padding of the chair. Overall the hotel could be cleaner. Our room definitely should have been cleaner, the toilet hadn't been cleaned from previous occupants. Not impressed, indeed very disappointed

The entrance to this Hotel is literally on the highway. If you look at the address, there is no number. Never seen anything like this in my 40 years of traveling. We almost got hit by another vehicle. In addition, this property is old and needs lots of renovation. The chairs in the dining room must be the originals, you actually can see and feel the springs. We ended up cancelling on night.
