El hotel bien ubicado, habitaciones cómodas la pega sería la limpieza general de la habitación y tuvimos un inconveniente con el jacuzzi que luego de encenderlo no paro de gotear, toda la noche goteando y yo soy muy sensible a los sonidos a la hora de dormir con un sueño y ligero y me incomodó toda la noche

The hotel is perfect for a stay in Oviedo. Everyone at reception was friendly and helpful. I had to change my plans and cut my stay short but they had no problem with making that change for me. Even though I had to leave super early in the morning, they were happy to let me have breakfast before it was regularly scheduled. I really appreciated that.

Bright, airy hotel with unusual decor and furniture. Good breakfast. Close to the old town so good for walking everywhere. It was pretty quiet at night. Not all staff speak English so you need to use your Spanish!

Hotel correcto, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas. La cama una pasada y las almohada igual. Las chicas de recepción maravillosas, tuvimos 1 problemilla con la primera habitación que nos dieron y Adriana sin perder ese carácter tan dulce que tiene nos dio solución rápidamente. Desayuno bueno y bastante completo. En contra solo diría que le falta algo de mantenimiento, pero seguramente volveremos a alojarnos en él cuando volvamos a Oviedo

Es una vergüenza que en un hotel de 4 estrellas reserves una habitación doble y te den una diminuta con una CAMA DE 1,35m. Y solo si pagas un extra te cambian a una de 1,50m, como si mejoraras mucho… Y encima de pequeña era incomodisima. Muy desagradable la estancia en este hotel. Deberían quitarle estrellas.

Personal muy amable y habitación muy aceptable. Buena ubicación. Destacar de manera negativa que las toallas no estaban limpias (restos de maquillaje y otra olor a vómito o similar y en teoría debería estar limpia).Deberian tener especial atención a eso.
