I have stayed here briefly before and I think I had a good experience and it was very quiet and clean and it was close to everything for me. This time the woman who was working at the front desk daily was not friendly or very helpful. I felt she was not accommodating and changed my daily rate I was supposed to get from the package I had reserved online. She was not understanding and very rude..It cost me about 100 dollars more than promised for 4 days.I was not happy with my stay because of this and probably not be returning ..

Good affordable option for a quick stop on the way to your final destination. Rooms are clean and they include a mini fridge and microwave. Parking is plentiful but seems to fill up quickly late at night. Check in was quick but depending on the weather, having a detached "lobby" could be inconvenient. Overall still satisfied as I did not need more for my 2 night stay.

There are 3 floors and no elevators! You have to carry your luggage up 3 flights of stairs!! No ice machine. No coffee maker in the room. Poor lighting in the hallway of the tower. And the young “man” who checked us in was rude. We are 2 adults over 65 yrs old and he was rude and nasty when I asked about how we were to get our luggage up 3 flights of stairs.. he said “do you want the room or not”. Not what I wanted to hear after a long flight at 5:00!!

Not that much, honestly ..... Too much expensive for this poor service ..... Bed sheets not changed till we left today. Site on building and building tools all over … not safe at all.
