I thought Whiz Hotel has very small room but it turned to be okay. With the price we paid, it is more than okay. It has king size bed (i thought it would be queen size) and the room is very clean, the shower is good. Water pressure is very good and hot water run well. Located very well in the city, easy to find food and market. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended...

The hotel's unique selling point is undeniably its rooftop facilities. The rooftop restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience with a breathtaking view of Padang. This, coupled with the sky pool, offers an unparalleled experience that truly sets zhm Premier apart from other hotels in the city. However, I would like to suggest that the management consider designating the rooftop restaurant as a non-smoking area. Despite the air-conditioning, the presence of smoke can be a deterrent for non-smoking guests who wish to enjoy their meals in a smoke-free environment. Regarding the accommodation, I found the rooms in the old wing to be on the smaller side. While they were well-maintained and clean, guests looking for spacious accommodation might find them a bit lacking. Another issue I encountered was related to sound isolation. The walls in the old wing rooms did not seem to be sufficiently soundproofed, resulting in noise from other guests being clearly audible. This can be somewhat disruptive, especially during the night or early morning hours. Despite these minor drawbacks, the service provided by the staff was commendable. They were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. This, combined with the excellent rooftop facilities, makes the zhm Premier a strong contender among Padang hotels. In summary, while there are areas for improvement, the unique offerings and quality service make zhm Premier Padang a worthy choice. I look forward to seeing these improvements on my next visit, and I am confident that these changes will enhance the overall guest experience.

We were very well welcomed at the hotel. We were happy from cleaning the rooms to relaxing the beds.The water was full of eyelids with big gliders with a very large area.The animation fun that was held in the evening revived both our eyes and to spend time It was very well thought. During our stay at HW Hotel we felt comfortable. Fast check in process, clean room, food was delicious - delicious, there was a bakery shop which was delicious too, close to the city center, and the view from the pool was lovely because it was directly to the sea. Next trip, if you go to Padang on vacation again, you will definitely stay at HW Hotel again.

The room is spacious and comfortable. But I think it needs to do more detailed cleaning and repairment. breakfast with many food options, starting from local food to western food I think the location is the best point. Is very easy to find a local cafe or restaurant.

Staff is very friendly, helpful. Service is good, clean, comfortable, and hotel also has Netflix and YouTube to watch, very nice.
