Very beautiful scenery! Townhome was great! All the extra amenities made our stay great! Downside $250 deposit at check in.

Clean nice best deal. Other hotels look like doves in comparison., Or pay too much. Like living on golf course.

Our unit was just fine, with the basic time-share amenities. However it was NOT clean. When we arrived, the door was standing open, which was strange, making us wonder if they had not finished the job. The floor still had crumbs on it and looked as if it hadn't been mopped in a long time. The countertop still had coffee stains, crumbs, and hadn't even been washed. Just because you fluff up the Kleenex and emboss the toilet paper, it does not mean the place is clean. Missing those simple things makes you wonder about the rest of the "cleaning."

We love this resort! Staff is great, it is always clean and stocked with everything you need. My husband wants to stay here every time we are in Pagosa Springs because the beds are so comfortable. Looking forward to our next stay.

The pool/clubhouse staff was extremely RUDE!! I won't go back nor recommend anyone because of this.

The price was reasonable for a condo. The unit I stayed in had been recently remodeled with quality items like granite countertops throughout. The water heater was effective, as was the furnace. The bed was comfortable, and the surrounding area was quiet. Just be aware that I could hear every word the people said in the attached unit next door, so hopefully your neighbors will be as considerate as the ones I encountered.

We had a serious problem at another vendors condo and had to vacate and the crew at Club Wyndham took care of our dilemma. Awesome experience all around
