Well located & well appointed rooms with stunning views. The restaurant staff & the food were outstanding. The restaurant staff gave warm & personalised service to make it a memorable experience. The front desk & the house keeping needs more training to handle the customers better.

ITC - Pine & Peak, As I am already have member of ITC and had stayed in couple of ITC hotels , but even though I have researched and selected the Pine & Peak for leisure trip for the kashmir as I am first time. It's calm and peaceful stay. Mr.Shahid and Shoaib were veryful in my trip to help better and given more than what they could in every aspect . It's a wonderful to stay in ITC, Rooms are clean, food is delicious. Had a nice rejuvenation in spa. And forgot to mention as they upgraded the room too as I requested them . This was my 4th visit to the hotel in last 15 months, as usual everything, I mean all services were excellent. Special mention , Mr Raouf Nazeer / Mr Amjad ( Transport) / Mr Haneef ( Driver ). Also special thanks to Mr Irfan . Look forward to visit soon again !! Keep it up !!

The hotel is well appointed with the authentic touch of Kashmiri heritage. Food was good and service was very prompt. The team at the front office are very helpful and smiling. They always were ready to keep us in comfort and arranged things in no time.

The staff did not stop at just providing the initial help; they continued to support my mother as she accompanied my father to Sher e Kashmir Hospital in Srinagar. They checked on her throughout her journey, offering assistance with everything from money to transportation and medication. Their genuine concern was comforting in a moment of sheer panic. Moreover, the staff took care of packing all our belongings, handling our personal items such as wallets and money with u**ost integrity and honesty. Their actions spoke volumes about their character and the ethos of Pine n Peak resort. It is rare to encounter a level of service that so profoundly touches your heart and eases your troubles in such critical times. They not only provided a haven of hospitality but also a beacon of hu***ity. For this, my family and I are eternally grateful. We visited itc pine n peak to celebrate my parents 40th wedding anniversary, the service was beyond itc standard. Mr Shoaib at the reception guided us throughout our stay. He is very pleasant to talk to and he takes very good care of his guests. Unfortunately I was unwell but the entire team at the restaurant took great care of me. The chef Mr Abbas cooked home made food for us and Mr Shaukat served us very well taking care of every single food need of our parents. Mr ***soor was also v nice . All in all I will recommend to my friends! Kudos to the whole team!

One of the best places in pahalgam .Nice nad clean property starting from check in to chekout everything was smooth the reception team is very supportive special mention to Arif bashir sabzar anees rayees shoaib . The river view from yhe lawn is beautiful
