I had booked 2 rooms at this hotel as I was travelling with family, on the week of the trip I found out that my dad could no longer travel but I had booked him into a non refundable room. I contacted the hotel to explain the issue and they came back to me quickly and they were very helpful and friendly, they offered to move the date of the booking at no extra cost. The hotel itself is great, great parking and also our room had a comfy bed and best of all a bath! I will be booking this hotel again.

We stayed here for Oct half term..my husband has difficulty with walking and uses crutches. We booked a ground floor accessable wet room. The room &bathroom was a very good size with everything we needed,the staff brought us extra pillows and iron & ironing board. We had our room cleaned everyday and fresh towels whenever we needed them The girls on reception desk were fabulous,check in was quick and they were always there to help. Car parking was free with plenty of disability spaces. We had breakfast at the beefeater where there was plenty of choice ,no one rushed us and we could choose where we wanted to sit . We visited the local shops,Lidl,food warehouse and the range and Costa all on our doorstep.

Great value hotel, with plenty of free parking. We arrived around 9pm to check in and chose this hotel for the large, free car park. Have stayed many times before. Always a friendly welcome, large clean rooms, great breakfast in the beefeater next door. Perfect for a stay in Torbay

Great Hotel, comfortable, good location for getting about, friendly employees and a big safe car park, which is included within your stay. We always stay at this Premier in when in this part of the world as we know we are getting a great deal and a comfortable bed.

Very great stay. Great staff all round, especially Becky on reception and Lauren in housekeeping. Both very helpful and accommodating. Food and staff over restaurant great as well. Definitely would come back again, great place right in the middle of everything!

Hotel is located by a small shopping area with a Costa and Lidl close by, and a Beefeater pub outside the entrance for meals. Standard PI, room clean and comfortable with all the usual facilities. Road out the front can be noisy, but was OK for a Sunday night. Only quibble is that there are only 2 tea bags/2 coffee sachets in the room, normally you get more, some were available at reception, but why not have them in the room?

Good hotel. Looks a bit worn on the outside but don't let that fool you the inside does not reflect the outside. Clean reception. Clean room and all the corridors are clean. Yes it shows it's age however we weren't fussed. Staff were amazing. Breakfast good and plenty of choice. There is additional tea and coffee available from the reception. Overall really pleasant stay.

Great stay, staff great, thanks for the chocolate on depart really enjoyed a car snack. Room was clean and bedding was fresh, fluffy towels and also great to know there was extra tea and coffee at the reception. Beefeater next door good breakfast fresh and well stocked up.

The staff are really friendly and helpful, especially Lucy, she was friendly and greeted me on arrival, I went up to my room and it was really nice, great after a long journey, I had an issue with the air con but she sorted it out straight away, bed was super comfy and slept so well. Will defo be back
