Ammos Paleochora Hotel

First you have to be aware this hotel does not offer any meals or bar service. Travelling with my wife. Luxury sea view double. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Quick check in as all details had already been given by trip advisor. Large, modern, adequately furnished room. All very new. Very large double bed. Kettle ( essential, we are English). Good size balcony with table and chairs, and a lovely sea view. Air condition works perfectly, and is just about silent, so you can leave it on all night if you want to. The absence of a restaurant is not an issue. Decent supermarket on one side, and bakery, with ‘Costa’ on the other. All bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Beautiful Sandy beach opposite with loads of sun-beds, although we paid €17 without mattresses and €20 with, including parasol Not sure where the previous reviewer got theirs for €4. Free parking. Wifi worked well. Quiet. Decent ‘rain’ shower. Have been trying to think of something to criticise, but I honestly can’t. This will be our first choice WHEN, not if, we come back.

The new hotel is just lovely! Great location, spotlessly clean, large room with massive bed and luxury sheets, balcony with seaview, friendly people. Easy to park a hire car. The walk to the tavernas is easy and flat, the walk up to the Castel is not too challenging and fabulous views from up there. The sandy beach opposite was our favourite with several really nice tavernas to serve food and drinks. Sunbeds are cheap-we paid €4 but we were under a shady tree. We ate on the other side of the town (the rocky side!) and had great meals every night. Then post dinner drinks in the heart of the buzzy little town! Highly recommended, both hotel and Paleochora. I’d be interested to know the plans for providing breakfast maybe in the future as it’s clear there’s room. However, lots of bakeries and cafes very close by so not a problem. My stay at Ammos was above and beyond my expectations. It was right next to Filika beach and easy to access all places in the town. The rooms were beautifully styled with excellent amenities. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. I absolutely loved my stay and look forward to coming back again.

Dieses schöne und neuwertige modern ausgestatte Hotel liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade und verfügt über eineigenen Parkplatz. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt und eine tolle Bäckerei. Da es kein Frühstück gibt, kann man sich diesbezüglich super selbstversorgen. Eine Nespressomaschine ist vorhanden. Restaurants und Kaffees sind fußläufig leicht zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Ein Aufzug ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen, es ist jeden Eure wert.

Hotel nuovissimo stanza molto ampia e vista mare con terrazzo per le colazioni fai da te che non sono un problema perché sotto l’albergo c’è sia un supermercato che una panetteria caffetteria molto fornita per il take away. Pulito e personale cordiale. Prezzo corretto.
