No hot water available in rooms no lift available we booked 4 bedded rooms but initially they provided 3 bedded rooms and then when requested they provided 4 bedded which was on 2nd floor without lift requested coffee/tea waited about an hour but did not even get that. Blankets was provided only when requested plug points 1 working out of 3 tv not working

I recently stayed at this hotel and was deeply disappointed. The service was abysmal; the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful throughout my stay. To make matters worse, i witnessed staff smoking inside the reception hall, which was not only unprofessional but also unpleasant. The overall behavior of the staff was rude and dismissive, making the experience even worse. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Nice room, good staff, very good place to stay, good to visit again and again if you go to palani temple to visit

The place was moderately clean but a weird smell was throughout the roam, mosquitoes were flying and the room didn't have enough space to hold out 3 luggage even though it was a room for 4 adults with 4 beds.

Near to murugan temple and neat and clean lodge. Good condition for room and bathroom cleaning well

Close to adivaram. But we need to walk at-least 500 to 600 m. Receptionist and room boys are so supportive. We unable to sleep due to mosquitoes. Entire my family members are struggled to sleep. Doors and bathrooms are damaged condition. Average hotel

Budget stay in palani with nesserry facilities and the lodge keeppers are very good behavior

Lodge is decent with usual amenities. It’s not at a walkable distance from bust terminal.

Location is good with temple just 1. 5km away. But room was not properly maintained, bad smell from bathroom. Even though we paid for one extra person, no pillows given
