터미널서 걸어서 10분인 위치도 좋고 요새를 개조한 시설도 좋고 특히 매니저들의 친절도가 극상.
위치 자체가 한국과 너무 멀어 특별한 일 아니면 오긴 어렵겠지만 팔레르모에 언젠가 다시 온다면 또 묵고 싶음.
유일한 단점이라면 배관이 막힌건지 샤워실 물이 제때 안내려가서 실내 전체의 습도가 높음. 대신 화장실 인근에는 유럽에서 찾아보기 어려운 온돌이 깔려있음.

離火車站走路五六分鐘，出行方便；工作人員也很熱情，房間設施都是最新的，非常滿意。

This is a cool property hidden away in Palermo. The room we had was smal but clean and adequate. It was also quite dark which may have been a concern if we stayed for more than two nights. You can easily access most of the old town and the waterfront from here. We found the streets safe walking late at night. We did not get a chance to use the pool

We had a wonderful 4 nights here. The staff are all delightful - so welcoming and friendly. We felt very much at home. As other reviewers have said this is a peaceful green oasis in such a busy city. The architecture is much to be praised and the rooms so well built into the original rock. Our room had a tiny private terrace. bordered with bamboos. The pool and jacuzi are great additions. Breakfast was excellent. I loved also being able to run from the hotel to the sea and along the shore early in the mornings. All in all a wonderful place to be and we hope to return.

Couldn’t recommend this place higher Everything about it was superb When entering from the street outside it’s like entering a hidden oasis The young staff go above and beyond to make the stay perfect We stayed 4 nights and were sad to leave Cannot fault it

Liked · Could not recommend Bastione Spasimo more, we went for our honeymoon and the staff were so kind and attentive! They really couldn’t do enough for us, offering help before we even had to ask. They even put some balloons and lovely Sicilian biscuits in our room to celebrate. We had a small issue with ants as we left a bag of crisps unsealed - and Giulia immediately had someone come and clean the area and brought us replacement crisps and free drinks as an apology - above and beyond. Beautiful hotel, we stayed in their superior double room with the jacuzzi and it was so luxurious, with a gorgeous original stone ceiling from the 1500s! The bed was huge and very comfortable. The pool/garden area was a beautifully kept oasis in a hot Palermo summer, where they grow lemons and chilli peppers. Hundreds of amazing restaurants and sightseeing within walking distance. We’ll never forget this holiday, for the best reasons.

On arrival through the gates of the hotel we were blown away by the outdoor space of the hotel. The gardens and the pool area were beautiful. We had a large room overlooking the pool which gave us lots of space and light into the room. The bed was comfy and we slept great during our stay. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and gave lots of recommendations for dinner and where to see in Palermo. The hotel is within minutes walk of many good restaurants and bars all filled with locals and within 10 minutes of the historic centre. We loved our stay here, it was so relaxing and having the pool area to cool off after a morning exploring was so welcome!

Hard to find at first as it’s a brown door next to a parking lot but once opened it’s so lovely and inviting with a beautiful garden area . Siri greeted us at the door and along with the rest of the staff made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Wonderful dinner recommendations, directions and general information happily provided. Nice breakfast choices with delish coffee and pastries so hard to resist. Unique room with a full jacuzzi and brick ceiling much higher than it looks in the picture. Nice outdoor hot tub option as well. Lovely music in the late afternoon surrounds the garden and pool perfect for a dip and nice outdoor shower after a long day of touring. Would definitely go back!!
