We were very disappointed when we arrived. The kitchen is very basic - the dishwasher was cellotaped closed, there were no tea towels and no toaster. The fridge light flashed continually every time the door opened (we called it our disco fridge!). There was a dark stain on the uncomfortable sofa and 4 chairs around a small table. It was advertised to be quiet with city views however it is on the ground floor near a very noisy street and there were very noisy people above us. We were told just before we got here that we had to pay extra for bed linen and towels. Having travelled from Australia, we did not have these. The manager assured us this was advertised on ***********… however we could not find that information. In general, the bedrooms are good with individual bathrooms. However, everywhere is faded and old and worn.

Communication with the owner was great!
The apartment was in a good location and neighbourhood.
Very spacious apartment! With AC which helped with the hot weather!
Bonus points for the owner who allowed us to keep our suitcases in the apartment after check out for a few hours as we had a late flight and for arranging a taxi to the airport! Thank you!

Appartamento ampio, ma non ben tenuto, letto con testiera usurata e divano in soggiorno molto macchiato. Ma questo non motiva la mia pessima recensione. Abbiamo prenotato per 6 persone, ma essendoci scioperi dei voli, siamo arrivati in 2. Quindi le altre camere non sono state abitate tutti abbiamo pagato lenzuola e asciugamani anche se non presenti. Mi aspettavo almeno soli 5 euro in meno, per dire, non è stato utilizzato alcun servizio, ma niente. Ma la cosa più assurda è che noi dovevamo lasciare l appartamento di domenica mattina alle 10.00, ma il proprietario con gli altri ospiti si sono presentati alle 8.20, senza suonare il campanello ma facendo un gran chiasso dietro alla porta di ingresso, come per avvisarci che era ora di andare via. Mai più, lo sconsiglio.

Appartamento composto da 3 camere soggiorno e cucina,affitta sia stanze singole con bagno privato che intero appartamento.Ambienti nuovi e rinnovati internamente,molto pulito e ben curato anche il bagno nuovo e bello..situato in posizione centrale al piano terreno. Uniche pecche il fatto che non possieda balconi o posti per stendere la biancheria e gli asciugamani da spiaggia..le finestre danno su palazzi e cortili interni a parte una che da sulla strada(sconsigliata dal proprietario perché più rumorosa)
