The people were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was excellent and it was an order ahead sit down meal, not the typical buffet of rubbery eggs. The room was gorgeous and very spacious as was the bathroom. Towel warmer and bidet inckuded.

I recommend this property without reservation. Take a shuttle from the airport because there is no parking --- but you won't need it anyway. The city is walkable and if ever needed (to go to Mondello Beach, for example) just get a Lyft or Uber. ...since there is no easy parking there either.

This is a fantastic hotel in every way: beautifully furnished and spacious (especially for a family of four), excellently located, and staffed by gracious, knowledgeable hosts. Marta was exceptionally helpful; her recommendations made our trip! And the breakfast was outstanding (the pistachio-filled croissants are not to be missed). Everything was of superior quality; we are very grateful and recommend the hotel wholeheartedly.

This property is gorgeous with attention to every detail. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Marta at the front desk is exceptional. Thank you to the whole staff for the experience. If you are staying in Palermo, this is a must stay boutique hotel!
