Staff was not welcoming or accommodating. They would not help with luggage. Breakfast was limited and mediocre. Bathroom had a pervasive and unpleasant odor. Photos of the room did not match reality. Other great options in Palermo. Pick them instead!

We travel frequently and this is our 6th hotel this month in Italy. This supposed 4 star hotel has 2 star service and 3 star amenities. From the moment we arrived we were barely greeted and when our taxi driver asked diff help with the bags, the front desk said no despite us being the only guests in the lobby on a quiet plaza. I heard the door open and we unloaded. Our room which was supposed to be a luxury suite smelled bad and was not like the photos. The breakfast options were meager and the pastries not appealing and fruit options not fresh. When we checked out our car pick us up needed help and again they refused. If it was a two star I would be fine, but the service and quality here is not appropriate for the level of rating or price.

We were pretty disappointed in our stay at this hotel. We flew in from the US and were very jet lagged. We went to bed, and imagine our surprise when we were woken up around 10pm by the loudest club music coming from downstairs. We called the front desk and were told that there was a party that would (hopefully) end before midnight. We were in the room above the bar/restaurant and it was so loud we may as well have been sleeping in the bar itself. Along comes the next night when we are in bed around 10pm…and the same thing happens!! This time I went downstairs to the front desk and was told that they were having another party and it would (hopefully) end before midnight. Had I known this place doubles as a club venue I would have booked another hotel. They don’t care about your comfort. Don’t stay here unless you want a teenage “hostel” experience of your room shaking all night from the bass.

This place has gone very far downhill. Location is good, the outside and most of the communal areas are great but the rooms, service and breakfast are very below par. The man on reception is sullen, uncommunicative, bordering on outright rude and clearly detests his job. The rooms are tired and basic. Tired, dirty blinds on window, chipped paint, no way to make tea or coffee, bathroom average, bins lined with plastic bags, no water in rooms, paper cups in plastic wrapping - you get the picture. Rooms not serviced at 4pm. Breakfast very average, no eggs to order, bowl of pre cooked grey scrambled eggs inedible. Cereals and bread cheap. Unripe fruit. Totally agree with previous comments this is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. Spend your money elsewhere with people who understand service and the hospitality industry. The place reeks of being wound down. Really bad stay

It is 11:30pm and there is a huge garden party happening outside of our window. The website describes a “romantic getaway” and there is music playing that is literally rattling our room and people screaming and yelling with a live DJ on the other side of our window Also this is hardly a 4 star hotel - the beds aren’t comfortable, the pillows are stained yellow, and it is in a bit of dodgy part of town requiring security cameras and the front door locked even during daylight hours

Just avoid it. It is Not a 4-star hotel, more like 2. Shoddy construction on top floor, elevator dont get there you have to climb two flights of steep stairs. Tin roof becomes unbearably noisy during rain. Impossible to sleep hearing big drops of water aginst metal all time.
No Heating, outside temp was 7C and freezing inside the room.
Terrible washroom, dark, tight shower badly designed and extractor with annoying noise like a dentist drill all time.
Left early even paying fee of unsused night (not cheap) but better than staying.
And worse, breakfast was all cold (eggs cold!) attended by a guy who should have stayed home sick, coughing his lungs out and snorting loudly trying to clear his nose. Disgusting.

Wonderful, friendly and pretty small hotel with spacious rooms and good bedding. The neighborhood is very vibrant because of proximilty to the market but quiet at night. Easy to walk to all the must-sees and train station. We loved our stay!

Beautiful hotel in a great location with comfortable rooms and excellent service. The reception staff were very helpful with recommendations. We did not eat in the restaurant other than a basic breakfast buffet which was delicious.

The property was nice, great location to a lot of sceneries. However it was in the old town so it was a bit outdated. The room we had looked different from the ******* picture. Bed was hard and the shower was very small.
