Visited in April 24 and was completely mesemerized by the peace, tranquility, connect with nature of this place spread across 50 acres nestled in between imposing mountains and having well appointed cottages, swimming pool, stud farm, homecooked farm to table food. There were all kinds of birds ranging from the tiny hummingbird to the beautiful peacock all in their full glory and true habitat. Taking a dip in the swimming pool in complete silence from ***made noises and only the sounds of such birds was truly an experience for someone born and brought up in a city ! Owner thakur saheb is a true learned gentel*** and great to have a conversation with. Staff is non intrusive and willing to follow instructions without much ado. Jeep safari arranged on rocky mountains and jawai dam was exhilarating with almost surety of spotting a leopard in its full glory. Son of soil approach of resort away from all corporatised and standardised hotel chains is a must have experience !

Korta escape is actually a reality of how beautiful slow life can be. It's a 4-5 hour drive from the Udaipur airport. The property is an example of how hu***s can benefit nature. The owner, Nirbhay Singh has created this with so much passion and his mother Laad ji adds that touch of warmth and love to this place. This place serves authentic home cooked Rajasthani meals. On request they made a spread of Laal Maas, Panchkuta, Gatte ka sabzi, amazing arrays of achaars and the Malai pyaaz ki sabzi was the best. It's a quiet getaway with so much to explore amidst nature. It's carefully designed with 5 natural trees/ shrubs to support the extreme weather in Rajasthan. With an abundance of amla trees, neem and henna shrubs. Nirbhay Singh ji also took us for a bush high tea in the forest which took him years to build. We spotted a wild camel there, amongst other animals like blue bucks and jackals. The best part about the trip was when we showed interest in the food and history of the place, Laad ji actually showed me around her vegetable garden, showed how the property has evolved and explained the history behind the dishes made there. And how she learnt to cook much later in life and just loves hosting people. This place has a horse stable as well with adorable horses to pet! This place is a hidden gem and is must visit.

We just visited Korta Escape last week for our Holidays. Our main purpose of the holiday was to have some leisure time. This amazing property has all that you can wish for. This is one of the calm and peaceful place to stay at. Definitely the person who loves nature has to be here. Everything was amazing for us. The food, the stay, the kind and humble staff and last but not the least the owner himself Mr Nirbhay Singh. The owner was very friendly and kind. He made sure we have a pleasant stay there.

Our first impression upon entering the property was that it was a forlorn place, with only rustic front office building visible amidst a mini jungle. We were welcomed by Shri Nirbhay Singhji, the owner, and immediately realized that we were sitting in a place with rich history. As we were taken to our cottage, the beauty of the place unfolded, with a lovely restaurant block, swimming pool and well-placed cottages. Apart from these areas, the property which also houses a stable, has been left to develop naturally. The constant presence of Nirbhay Singhji narrating the past in detail brought out interesting facts about the place and people. We did not opt for Leopard Safari as we had done ***y in the past. But the surprise package was, when in the evening, Nirbhay Singhji took us for an almost 3 hour drive through their farms, dairy, poultry; and the best of all – over 150 acres of their property which has been left to grow into a natural jungle. It almost appears like a bio-sphere – unspoilt, serene, with large number of plant and shrub species growing and supporting each other and the fauna of the place. It was the first time that we had seen one family’s rich contribution towards conservation. Truly revealing and commendable! The cottages are well appointed, clean and spacious. Nice swimming pool, excellent food – personally supervised by the family and wonderful staff make you want to spend more time here. The second day we had a nice dip in the pool, and in the evening, Nirbhay Singhji took us on another site – a quartz hill amidst the Aravalli range – but so different and captivating! We spent another 21/2 to 3 hours imbibing the beauty of the nature; visited their private temple in the village and came back thoroughly satisfied. It is an ideal property for nature lovers and people who are looking for some undisturbed ‘me time’, also those seeking adventure like horse riding, trekking and jungle driving. The place grows upon you. The personal touch of Nirbhay Singhji and family is priceless.

We were lucky to secure two cottages at Korta Heritage escape resort in early January at short notice. Skeptical at first but were pleasantly surprised to see a large resort in a rural setting. Place had very close familial touch with outstanding home cooked meals with new delicious items , none repeating daily at all three meals. Owner Mr Nirbhaysinh was very friendly and spent good deal of time with us always making sure that everything is in order. Enjoyed discussing worldly affairs at evening fireside chat daily. He even arranged a visit to his nearby farm growing vegetables and arranged a picnik lunch and sunset drinks. Even though lacking in wifi we had good internet and phone connection. Room heater is available for very cold nights. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit this site again in future.

This a very nice place to relax in absolutely natural environment. The rooms are very spacious and well furnished. The food is excellent with varieties of dishes. Above all, the personal taken by owner and family is unparralel. The host takes personal care of Guest and makes you feel at home. The place is wide spread and green all around. The staff very efficient and courteous. This is the place to have peaceful holidays and unwind. We visited during 1st week of January 2024 with a friend couple ( from USA ) who also enjoyed very well. This was our 1st visit to this place and we are likely to visit again. Nestled amidst nature and the Jawai Forest Range is this quaint, beautiful property in Korta village, Rajasthan. We spent two nights here, and not only did we get to discover the best Pali Leopard Safari while immersing in Jawai's natural splendour, but we also experienced true Rajputana hospitality. The owner of Korta Escape, Mr. Nirbhay Singh, makes sure none of his guests miss his personal care. Another added advantage of staying here is the home-cooked food they serve. All the vegetables used, we were told, were home-grown and organic. We were there with our 4-year-old, and it was a huge relief. The area is sprawling so much that 14 grown-up horses and their babies have their own stables and separate areas for grazing. Mr. Nirbhay Singh, a pro-horse rider, shares his knowledge about horses as passionately as he talks about history, political science, arms, artillery, and what not. Evenings are something one shouldn't miss about this property. There's a bonfire with drinks and snacks, followed by a lip-smacking dinner of Rajasthani royal cuisines, including lal maans and panchkuta. We are already planning to visit this property real soon. Staff is really supportive and helpful.Arrangements they did for us according to our timings are something you don’t get in branded resorts. This is more like home stay but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Special thanks to Nirbhayaji for a unique experience.The whole resort is very peaceful, and the mornings and evenings are really special. Great service with almost every need taken care of. They can be really flexible in taking care of special diet needs and timings.This is the place where you'll have all the options if you want to explore the wilderness around jawai they may provide jeep safaris.Totally recommended! 🤗

The location, Food, hospitality and service was extremely good. Property itself has so ***y things to offer. neat and clean Rooms, perfect property for family and groups. Very supportive staff and the owner Mr. Nirbhay Singh sir is passion driven person with his self involvement in ***agement is commendable. Would love to mention the lovely horses .You can visit with your family and friends for day n night outings. Here also a swimming pool. We took the leopard safari to Jawai. Riding on the hills and straining our eyes through binoculars to spot a leopard while the Sun crept on us was truly a sublime experience.
