Games room could do with an upgrade, pool table had lots of rips and cues were damaged. Would have loved to use it more. Spa also didn't work with bubbles.

One of the best views and perfectly placed in Palm Beach. A very short walk to the beach, and you can see the flags from the apar**ent! 180 degrees views and so close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops! Once you park your car, there is no need to use it again! We stayed in Unit 27 which is the top floor, directly at the front facing the beach. You can hear the waves crashing and it is a modern, contemporary apar**ent. I think it’s the best one in the complex and we will be requesting to stay here again! The Manager, Julie, is amazing. Thanks again, Beach Palms! Can’t wait to be back!

Great room. Great location. Walk less than 60m to the local surf club from the rear of the property. Could have had better access for my elderly mum as the step down to the roadway was quite high. Good sized living area and huge balcony. Bathrooms were ok. All clean etc. but the exhaust fan was very noisy and didn’t work well so the bathroom became very steamy, which is a pet hate of mine. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Lots of variety for takeaway food also. We had a great stay.
