Old and very outdated hotel. Good location but not worse staying here. Very low standards.

I’d give this hotel a solid 3/5. Everything kind of didn’t work… the shower barely worked and didn’t have hot water, but the staff was great and came and fixed it luckily, but there was no plug in the bathroom. The lights flickered sometimes in the bathroom and overall you can tell they are doing repairs. The real problem was how loud the clubs are nearby. The location is very convenient to everything but night life is very loud. Even with ear plugs. Staff was nice and the place was clean. Overall 3/5.

It's a great location for relaxation, when you want to be in and around all the action yet away from the norm. Quiet, laid back atmosphere with amazing staff. Can't wait to see the full renovation and transition to a full TRYP. Thanks for another awesome birthday week.

Room was okay. AC was very filthy. Caused a bit of breathing issues for my partner and I. Tried to resolve with management to no reply.

Had an amazing stay at the Brickell.. The hospitality was amazing, the energy was fun the staff was very very helpful and accommodating. The location is a perfect convenient area to the beach, and main ***** to do activities. The only downfall was the new renovated rooms. Our floor leaked the whole time. When walking on the floor the panels had water seeping out of it. It was very annoying walking on wet towels and floor; despite the hotel having interventions. We had to put towels down in order to walk on the floor with that only exception; we had an amazing time

It was supposed be on the beach, and it wasn’t. It’s just a dumpy old hotel with crappy rooms and crappy service.

This hotel is under a lot of construction. Half the rooms don’t have WiFi, breakfast area at hotel is not opened, a lot of noise due to construction, staff rude when you asked for help or have questions. The blame you if something is not working in your room. Air conditioning barley works.

The staff is amazing. Its under construction but not a big deal. The bar restaurant and spa is closed. The place they gave us cupons to we ate once. Very limited breakfast. The beach has no bathrooms so it did become a huge problem for us. But i would go back again
