리셉션 직원 업무처리가 아주 느리고, 제대로 정보 확인을 하지 않고, 실수를 반복해서 체크인하는데 2시간이 걸렸다. 직원은 미안한 기색도 없이 계속 기다리라고만 하였다. 체크인 할 때의 아주 불친절한 태도로 인하여 숙박이 즐겁지 않았다.

Estávamos em lua de mel. Nos deram welcome drink somente após pedirmos, não tivemos nenhuma decoração especial. Apesar da boa limpeza e bom quarto, a camareira não repôs o sabão líquido 2 dias. Comida do café é boa.

Not too many people and 90 percent of work staff is great, but you have a couple workers that are not friendly and need to get out of the business. Two works at the bar during the day and one waits tables at night, he is slow then brings the wrong stuff and acks like he doesn't know what you're talking about. Poll and property are great. Would highly recommend this place.

The staff made the stay perfect. Grounds and rooms were kept immaculately. The restaurant on site can be busy but the servers were very attentive nonetheless. The kiddy play space, gym and yoga studio were great amenities to have. This hotel although not on the beach, has easy access to the beach. We were able to do multiple day trips to different beaches with cabs a plenty. Great stay, will come again.

I think it needs more music and entertainment around pool. Also employees should come around taking orders at the pool. I know it’s not the Hilton or Hyatt but can improve. Staff is not very welcoming. Would not stay again.

Very nice bedroom, ample bathroom looked newly renovated. Only one elevator at the property, had to walk a long ways on wooden planks.

The property was unique and clean but the room is damp and the air condition wasn't working right. The fan in the bathroom is very loud. Breakfast wasn't that great. Paid too much.

Great relaxing atmosphere. Staff was not too helpful when I address the issues. Did not give friendly reminder to guest at check that breakfast are complimentary. Should been refund for the stay for our meal we paid last 4 days.
