Newer, upscale property with nice rooftop pool and bar. Rooms are large with nice views. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking is included with resort fee. Great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great stay

Free parking. Free valet. Food is easy access - great restaurants within 10 min walk. Starbucks downstairs. Pool is peaceful.

Our stay was great, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities were very nice, clean and comfortable. We used the bikes for multiple days which was a great convenience. My only complaint was the lighting in the room was pretty poor and hard to get ready in.

The hotel is located right downtown so it’s easy to walk around. I liked the room, clean, beds comfortable, fairly quiet being right in the center of town. When booking the room, there are two rates; one refundable and one non refundable. The refundable rate was considerably higher. Most hotels will allow cancellation within a few days before start of stay. Being elderly, I wanted that option in case of unexpected illness. Instead I had to pay. I don’t think I will stay there again because of their booking policy.

Located in the center of Palm Springs, it is a clean modern hotel with nice amenities, friendly staff and nice decor.

This property is in an excellent location with many restaurants and stores within walking distance. There is a great rooftop pool and restaurant. The gym is well equipped and there is free valet parking and coffee in the morning.
