Hotel is old, by no means is this a luxury hotel. The one part looks super run down and scary. The bathroom was dated, the door would not open all the way do to the toilet being in some weird angle, it was the public toilet style and had a fun slant when you sit down. The pool is.big and nice seating options. There a security guy who walks around but he almost makes you feel like you can't enjoy the outside areas after dark. You patio area is small, ans the light make it'd evasive to enjoy it. Over all 3.5.

No continental breakfast, but had a great place next door for breakfast or lunch. Terrible hot water fluctuation while showering. Needed a couch or stuffed chair. Just had a small desk chair. Hard to watch TV.

The hotel is old and tired and in need of a complete refurbishment. In addition they took a 100 dollar deposit from my card without authorisation, although this was refunded later. The guy at reception never advised that he was taking a deposit in addition to the payment and I was not provided with an invoice. Payment for the nights stay went through twice and I have to deal with upon my return to the U.K.

The staff was very nice and highly receptive to problems, bit the place is falling apart. Use some of that $277 a night for repairs.

Rooms smell very bad we had 2 rooms both rooms havey smell very out dated and there was blood stain on the pillow

This is an older property. Room was clean and bed was comfortable; however furniture was old and dirty. Older key system with cards that demagnetized frequently. Hot tub was great, but fencing around the pool and hot tub was in need of repair. With some renovation, this could be a great property. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The property was old and quite rundown. The website made the property look much nicer than it was. Lighting and outlets didn't work, the back patio on the second floor of our room wasn't structurally sound to step out onto, the bathroom was tiny and had minimal lighting with no fan, the shower was dingy and dark, the hot water took a long time to get hot and ran at a trickle, the carpets were filthy, and the TV was quite small for the room.
We were so disappointed that we stayed only one night, refused to use the shower, and canceled the balance of our week-long stay to transfer to another location. I would not recommend this location.
The only positive thing I have to say is that the front desk staff was very friendly and the on-site restaurant, Rick's Restaurant, was fabulous. I would eat there again; friendly, welcoming, fast service, and great food!
