Days Inn by Wyndham Palm Springs

Hotel is old, by no means is this a luxury hotel. The one part looks super run down and scary. The bathroom was dated, the door would not open all the way do to the toilet being in some weird angle, it was the public toilet style and had a fun slant when you sit down. The pool is.big and nice seating options. There a security guy who walks around but he almost makes you feel like you can't enjoy the outside areas after dark. You patio area is small, ans the light make it'd evasive to enjoy it. Over all 3.5.

What can you say when you are paying for the cheapest hotel in the area. It's not gross but would not let my mother stay there. For the money you get what you pay for.

Dirty, very dirty and smelly. The tub clogged and could not take a shower the night we arrived. The washbasin clogged also. Even the toilet clogged. Las day they did not make the room so when we arrived that night lobby was closed and had no towels to take a shower. They said they would give a discount buy never came.

We enjoyed ourselves a lot at this hotel! The room is tired-looking, but the pool area is beautiful and clean. Considering what we paid, I thought the hotel room was fair and we were happy. The only negative is that noise travels through the hotel's walls easily. On the first night, we could hear the family next to us reasonably clearly. But the two nights after that we didn't hear any noise. The staff were helpful, I particularly appreciated Randy. The pool is fantastic, it's large and clean and has lots of space around it to relax and lounge around. The hotel was a 5-minute walk to Hey Day restaurant which did amazing burgers and was a lot of fun.

I didn’t like that every day I had to go to the front desk to ask them to reactivate my key to gain entry into my room. However, the staff were very accommodating. It was just frustrating for me.

The staff was very friendly. Overall condition of the property was very dirty, including bubble gum left on the walkways and stains on the floors. The room was dirty, there were major stains on the chair and the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed in a long time. We couldn't take a shower because the water temperature kept changing when we didn't adjust the valves. It would go from scalding hot, then to no heat at all, even with the cold turned all the way off. Plus there was very little flow. Maintenance couldn't fix it while we were there.

Affordable place to stay during the Indian Well tennis tournament. They could have provided some utensils in the room!

It was an overall nice stay. Facility was nice. I know it's an older building so things aren't as quiet as I would have liked it, but I was ok with it. Windows and walls are old and thin. You can hear a lot of noise from hallways and outside. The only one thing that I did not like at all was the upholstered arm chair that was in the room was disgusting. It was filthy and had large stains. Staff was wonderful. Everything else was nice.
