Stayed here with my child on our way home from LA and loved this property. Sometimes with smaller/lesser known hotels, I'm not optimistic of how the pictures match up to the actual property and how clean they will be. Our room was immaculate, the beds are quite comfy and the pool area is very clean and well maintained. It's also centrally located and the staff was very professional and kind. I will absolutely be back. Hopefully for a longer stay next time!

Clean, efficient and functional property in Palm Springs. Perfect if you just need a base for touring/traveling. UNDERSTAND YOU ARE NOT STAYING AT A RESORT 🙄. Enjoy the area, and have a nice, safe and quiet place to sleep.

While the property was very nice, great location, nice pool area. We asked several times for housekeeping to deliver towels and refresh the room and it never happened

I enjoyed staying at the L3. Very clean place and nicely renovated. The only thing I didn’t like is there is no proper noise insulation between rooms. I could easily hear conversations and snoring during the night. Might be an issue if you need privacy or need silence to sleep. Other than that I would recommend it.

The property is pretty. Customer service was average. Room wouldn't unlock. New room coffee maker had to be plugged in, in the bathroom vanity since no outlet was available and no table in room to move it to. Maintenance brought a power ***** the next day. No iron in room. No body lotion provided. Nice pools. Pretty property.

What a great OASIS ! Yes indeed , chic room , modern furniture with a bit of luxury feel. Great view of the Palm Desert Blvd. Check in and see for yourself =)

The pool area was amazing! Our room was not cleaned properly - bathroom floor was dirty, towel had stains and bed sheets dirty. We talked to the front desk and they moved us. The room was much better.

Comfortable beds, clean room nice decor. Location was not ideal for me as I like to be within walking distance to restaurants, etc.

We enjoyed staying here a lot. The pools were terrific and even though it was a little bit cool, the hot tub was a good temperature. The room styling was great- real furniture and nice amenities. Good style! And the staff is so lovelyl Honestly, at first, we thought the location was too far from the main part of town but then we realized two things. One is that there are a few main areas of Palm Springs and second is that the area has a lot to offer. Breakfast at Rickys, dinners at Freddies and Boozehounds, sourdough bread from Bread and Flours. Good choice for us when it was all said and done.
