Always love staying at this hotel when we visit Palm Springs. Great staff, good crowd at the pool and bar, awesome bar tenders and just overall a wonderful time. Check out Thai smile which is only a few min walk from the hotel too, killer Thai food!

酒店的環境和位置還是可以的，但是服務卻是差強人意。攜程寫明的店內加早餐加$11，酒店方卻按照門市價收$38，跟前台溝通，並出示攜程訂單的標註説明，卻讓我們找攜程。停車費明明是$18，信用卡扣費$25，後來還是找攜程的客服，才追討回來。攜程的售後服務一如既往的好👍 酒店的亂扣費現象，還是希望入住的夥伴們看看賬單吧

Great sevice, especially Paola at check in, plus comfortable and excellent pool facilities.
It was friendly, clean and comfotable and our stay eas great.

The staff was beyond excellent. It was very quiet and relaxing. The food and food service was excellent. The only reason I wouldn’t give this a 5 star rating is because there was signs of wear and aging, which is fine except we paid top dollar. I would definitely stay there again. A special call out to the pool service staff, Hattie and Bill.

Hotel rooms are in need of upgrades. Curtains alone are in sloppy condition. Just not effect I’d expect from a Hilton, especially in Palm Springs. And then to be charged resort fees to park. Crazy.

Rooms are big and clean, close to restaurants, room had a balcony that was nice. The only thing i DISLIKED was the 30.00 for parking, i have never pay for parking before.

Such a shame! Hotel is old and run down! The hallways smell and the room doesn’t smell that great either! The room key on your phone NEVER worked even after stopping by the front desk more than once. Staff at front desk wasn’t overly helpful or friendly except one of them. Staff didn’t look too happy about working there. The worst part was the falling apart railing on our room’s patio! We almost fell off the patio when the railing gave way. Old and run down and a horrible example of what a Hilton hotel should be. Outside parking for $30 per night! What a joke! It should be free parking when you pay for a room
Or at least covered! Will not stay here again! Plenty of other options in town for same
Price! Sub-par food for breakfast. No flavor and waiter wasn’t pleasent to serve us!
