Property is in a good location, close to downtown, the ******, and the aerial tram. Lots of places to eat nearby. The pool area would’ve been more enjoyable if they had the outdoor bar area open. The rooms are simple, but are clean. Lots of staff available if you need anything. The beds can use some upgrading, not the most comfortable.

Front desk was not friendly at all, she checked us in and we went to our room (229). When we opened the door our bed was undone from one side. There was also used hand soap on the bathroom sink. Theres a weird piece of furniture that looks like a couch but its just wood sitting on one side of the bed covered with a sheet. You can see splinters on the wood. When i went to let from desk know she said take it or leave it thats all we have. We were so exhausted from our drive so i asked her to give me sheets and blanket that i would change them since they didnt have cleaning people at that time of night. That is very rude and horrible costumer service, will never stay here again. The least they can do is refund me my money.

For a budget property it was in pretty good shape. I would have liked to have a hairdryer and iron in the room

Nice hotel, clean and close to everything and reasonably priced for Palm Springs - The restaurant next door was really good too! A bit of room for improvement on the beds and the pillows - pillows were soft, but lumpy… otherwise, a pleasant stay!
