Initial room had bathroom door falling off the hinges.
After 2 requests and front desk visit repair man was sent out. Said he fixed it and door fell again. (Photo is after it was “fixed”). Put out kids in the shower to see a long hair pool to the drain!
After this they upgraded our room. Shampoo mount was on the floor in the shower. Did not inform guests that one set of pools would be closed down for two days of our visit due to upcoming event. Day 2 we were woken up at 8AM to the sound of drilling as workers put together a stage next to our room. At 11:45 at night we again spoke to the front desk because the loud sounds of drilling due to them STILL putting together a stage. Worker letting us know they were “almost done”. On day 3 the same drilling a shouting as the crew we still setting up the stage.
Visited the front desk twice more to speak to management about our issue and was told that a manager was not available, to come back in the morning. We did, and again told that “manager not available”.

The Margaritaville was truly exceptional, from the amenities to the service. This location has a special place in my heart, Even before it was Margaritaville. It still has the same great feeling as when it was The Riviera. Nothing but praise to the people of Palm Springs. I’ll keep coming back until I’m old i believe . You kind of just make homes to certain resorts. This one called my name . Thanks again to the staff.

Too spread out, no ice, shop closed in early evening, ridiculous resort fee, too much money for the room, poor layout of facilities did not like would not return

I booked two rooms. We wanted to be on the same floor as we are a family. The staff said they would call us when the cleaning is over because there is only one room. But at 7 pm I went back to the front and got the room key. The staff forgot. The room was being cleaned when I checked in. However, the heater was not working in the room and the dryer was broken. The other room didn't drain well from the sink and bathtub. I think it would be better to stay somewhere else for more money. We talked about the benefits when we checked out. The staff didn't even say sorry. We won't go there again.

Will not be a returning guest. I have had great experience here before but this time made it the last time. At check in request room closer to main pool. Which wasn't ready but it was past check in time and no one reached out. Then the room available was at bldg 5. unaware that we were being sent to a building that had mildew odor from what seem like water damage. Not once but twice at pool area no towels and staff keep saying they'll be out in an hr. Room wasn't any better. Everything seem outdated and damage. Door handles, cabinet doors, towels where old, shower head was spraying everywhere no additional paper products. And the food options were a joke. Only placed that seem to be servings was the grill. We had reservations and it took 4 people to finally sit us. Not sure if the place is understaff or too many chiefs. It seems like no one was working with each other just doing whatever. Before check out we tried to eat at the grill so we wouldn't have to drive around. It took 1hr for anyone to acknowledge us. Which maybe our fault for waiting that long which at the end we ended up leaving the table without being noticed. In any case i won't be returning there is other options. Just left so disappointed.

I had only stayed one night and did not make use of any of the hotel’s amenities, restaurants, etc. But the room was very nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly.
