Check in was quick and easy and Dustin was very friendly and accommodating :) Pool was excellent. Room was comfortable

Room was terrible holes in the wall heater did not work well bed was uncomfortable blankets itchy and thin. Will never come here again. I ended up getting a cold from not being able to be warm

This place is a great no frills stay. The pool area and restaurants/bars are awesome. The only thing I did not like is the carpet in the room, and the shower was kinda falling apart. Great place to stay for a quick trip overall.

Cute and retro!! Loved the pool and the bar!! Drinks were fantastic as was the service. Room was cozy and parking was great! I am staying here agian next trip to Palm Springs!!

The staff were GREAT!!! However, the room, bed and sheets smelled of cigarette smoke as well as finding black mold on the celling in the bathroom.

We stayed for 5 nights, hotel was OK. For the price point, good. Only complaint would be that when we got to our room, the strike plate for our door was broken(still worked and locked), but made it a bit on the shady side. Brought it up to the front desk upon noticing it and said they would take care of it. Unfortunately, they didn't. Did not deter the stay or warrant a room change, but would have been nice to have it attended to.
Other than that, hotel was clean, conveniently located and friendly staff.

I like the tikki torches around the pool and the place was clean. Not shady like some other places.

For the price, generally a great deal with a very nice location just a few minutes drive from downtown. Super clean.
Sadly, the Internet there was really bad for the entire 3 day stay.

My husband loves everything tiki so we decided to take the risk on this property despite the mixed reviews. We wish we hadn't. The mattresses were terrible. Our first room had pretty nasty carpet with mildew staining under the sink. Neither of us had a hot shower the whole time we were there. Staff and drinks at the tiki bar were great, but didn't make up for the poor rooms.
