I just loved this place, the staff was amazing and the place is kind magic, by the way, the hotel has a lovely cat, what’s made the difference. I hope we can back soon, very quiet place, easy parking, great breakfast and very clean rooms, lots of olives trees and candles, everything looks amazing

Korakia is what hotels should be. The staff is INCREDIBLE. We were greeted with warmth and a welcome drink. The pool area is gorgeous at night and incredibly peaceful during the day. We were brought coffee in the morning. The rooms/beds were super comfortable. Incredibly happy we stayed here and will hope to return soon.

This place is a real paradox...on one hand it is really nice, peaceful, quiet, charming, on the other hand, it is missing some of the basic requirements to be a 5 start resort in my opinion. We stayed in one of the nicest accommodations they have, with a full kitchen, yet no coffee maker. You have to wait for them to bring coffee around at 7am, which is only enough for about 2 cups of coffee. The only food available is breakfast each day in the courtyard, which is fine, but would be nice to have breakfast in the room and more than 2 options, one of which is granola everyday. It is not quiet. There is a lot noise whether it be crickets in the room, birds chirping in the middle of the night for no apparent reason, road noise, neighbors, etc. It is also very dated, which I get is part of the charm...but there are certain amenities that are necessary to be considered 5 stars and $3500/night in my opinion. Like operational and fast internet. They are using Starlink for internet service, and at best, you might get 15mb/s download speeds. Being able to get a drink, and drink service by the pool. Having doors that keep the bugs out. Our room had 2 of the 4 walls that were able to completely open, but the bottom has huge cracks between the doors and the ground which lets all sorts of fun things come in at night. We both got bit numerous times in our bed one night by something that decided to join us. Charming yes...five stars...no. Worth the price....we won't be going back. The staff is friendly and try's to make the very best with what they have.

The Korakia states that peace and quiet are its luxury, and they're not kidding. This is the most relaxing place I've ever been. We've stayed at this beautiful, peaceful spot for the last 15 years and I look forward to 15 more (at least). We'll be back for sure.

A delightful property. I've been to Palm Springs a half dozen times and usually do the hipster swim-club route, which is fun and everything, but the Korakia is different. The rooms are comfortable and full of personality, the staff is earnest and helpful, and the energy is phenomenal. A peaceful retreat from the buzzy noise of Palm Springs, but still like 2 blocks from the main drag. I'll be back.

Korakia and me is a long story, a true love story. I have discovered this hotel almost twenty years ago and I immediately fell in love with the place and with the people managing it. On March 17 2014, I got married right there, away from the noise of the city and from the stress of society. It was one of those magical days where heaven lands on earth. Today, exactly 10 years later, we are back to celebrate our anniversary and nothing has changed! Staying at the Korakia is the best way to disconnect and reconnect with nature and quietness. The rooms, the views, the pools, the service... Everything is right. Classy without being superficial. Simple but right on. Big congrats to the team who also did not change over the years. These ladies are the soul of the place and they are wonderful human beings. Consequently, the other guests are generally nice, polite and discreet as they share the same values: a big plus when it is swimming pool time. Viva Korakia!

We first stayed at Korakia 15 years ago. Paulette was the check in person now she is the General Manager. She operates as if she owned the resort. The staff are professional, happy and helpful. The maintenance does a great job with the hotel upkeep. My wife and I live in an area that we hear trains, planes and automobiles. At Korakia, we awaken to mourning doves. People asked us what we were going to do on our 6 day vacation. We said nothing. We need to unwind, relax and recharge. We had 90 minute great spa trea**ents in private rooms. The breakfast each day on the patio was different each day; the menu and new interesting people to talk to. Each day after breakfast, we would spend 5 hours at the pool. We will be back next year staying in the same room.

The Korakia is essentially paradise on earth. We just completed our 5th or 6th stay, and we have stayed in both the Morroccan and Mediteranean sides, both of them equally wonderful in their own ways. How does one begin to describe this beautiful place? First of all the staff do everything possible to make everything magical. From the morroccan mint tea in the lobby to little treats at night like lavender bundles and chocolate dipped strawberries, to the wonderful breakfast served every day on the Morrocan patio next to the fountain where bougainvillea flowers float, to lighting all the morrocan candles every night to light up the gravel paths. At night there are fire rockeries next to both pools and beautiful music playing during the day that mingles with the sound of the many birds and hummingbirds that buzz around the palm trees and olive trees and desert fauna. The beds are deliciously comfortable with fluffy white duvets and the unique rooms have that wonderful 1924 ambiance making everything extraordinary and infused with a sense of history. Our Atlas room had a stone tub, so special, and each room has a phonograph with curated albums such as Miles Davis or Holtst the Planets. At might on the yoga platform they show vintage movies and this visit I saw under the stars Grace Kelly, Ava Gardner and Clark Gable in "Mogambo" set in Kenya. As usual we were loathe to leave and the hotel kitty came to say good bye to us. We can't wait to return, and did I mention the hotel bikes? Such a wonderful way to not have rent a car and to get around!
