Good price for two nights with great breakfast. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Recommend to choose sea view rooms the views could be spectacular.

Excellent 2 night stay at MLL Blue Bay. Staff very friendly & professional. The room with a mountain view was good value with a nice powerful shower! I enjoyed the excellent buffet breakfast. Note the location is at the top of a hill, just in case anyone has physical limitations. I believe there is a good bus service into town. But it was perfect for me, a had a beautiful walk from the hotel past the marina and into Palma central.

Worst experience I had in a hotel. I booked 2 twin rooms and also tried to contact the hotel multiple times to make sure there was no issues, however they never responded. I ended up paying almost double of what I initially paid for a very poor conditioned room which ceiling was leaking. Thankfully they changed our room. Also other small issues regarding room. Lastly, when I emailed them my feedback they never responded either. This was a gift for my birthday and certainly ruined my experience. Do NOT recommend!

One of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. The price was amazing and the upgrade offered was so cheap and so worth it. The breakfast spread was terrific, the drinks were great and I wish I could have stayed longer. The only downside was the pool needed to be cleaned. Other than that I definitely recommend.

I stayed for 11 nights in September and loved this hotel. It was very good value (I think because the decor is dated but everyone worked well) I had great views from the 7th floor, the pool was large with nice relaxing background and reasonably priced pool bar. The breakfast was ok, not great but could find enough of what I liked. The staff and manager were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you

It was nice and clean. Although the room wasn’t in very modern style, the room is still clean and comfortable. The staff are also very kind! And amazing view. The breakfast is good and the selection varies.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. After arriving at 10pm with a 2 year old to the reception to check it, it took 45 mins to an hour to get checked in ( lack of staff on counter) and we were surrounded by groups of young German party goers, I knew I had a bad feeling about this place. We got to our room only to find there was people already inside the room ( which is a huge security risk and safety concern with a young child). So we walked back the long walk back by the pool to reception ( with an overly tired 2 year old)to get a new room. After getting a new room, the bathroom had a smell like sick, and you could hear everything through the rooms walls and corridors. Don't get me started on the beds, the mattress aren't torture, rock solid and had us all waking up in aches and pain. The air con was weak but it did work. The only thing that was positive about the room was the shower, great pressure and temp. Now onto the "all inclusive " the breakfast, lunch and dinners were awful and the same every day - I'm sure the hams and cheese were the same put out for the day. The orange Juice machine dispensed in diluted syrup which the kids loved ( A lot of European families, who had pilled plates of low quality, stale food. We ended up eating buttered bread an going out for meals at cost. It's not all you can drink either, it's 3 drinks at lunch and 3 at dinner of disgusting wine or cheap beer. You can go to the bar outside but have to pay for drinks and a deposit for 2 euro for cups. The entertainment was basic, the same dance disco every night, granted my 2 year old did get the schedule and did get used to the dancing which was good, but they didn't cater to English all the songs where In spanish but it was ok. The pools and the outdoor areas were basic, no slides for the kids or any floats or anything - but you could purchase from the shop on site. The hotel needs a whole new refurbishment to be honest. It's very very dated. The only outdoor evening ride was a horse merry go round which ate my 2 euros on multi occasions and didn't work. Last but not least - the amount of security or police parked within the resort walking around with Batons and a couple with guns was very concerning. Due to the amount of drunk party goers who stay there who end up making loads of noise and playing music. Overall a very very poor experience and it's very rare you leave a trip feeling more stressed and exhausted than relaxed and recharged. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all and to be honest stay clear.
