The staff were friendly and available.
We were not offered the option of an upgrade.
The two first nights we spent at the hotel we did not have room service cleaning our room.
Overall it was an Ok stay for the caliber and price range of the hotel.

Incredible hotel in Palma! The best of everything here with views of the ocean, 5 minute walk to old town shops or the cathedral, breakfast is fantastic, hotel staff cater to you and care about providing excellent service, beautiful room, bathroom fantastic, clean , quiet location in the evenings , pool and sundeck are amazing , indoor pool / spa area are gorgeous. We stayed one night at another hotel not far away and El Llorence was that little extra bit better in every category.

Exceptional hotel and service.
Absolutely stunning hotel. Brilliant staff, brilliant hotel, brilliant location. Will definitely return. My wife and I came here for a birthday celebration and our experience was above and beyond our expectations.
The staff when checking in and the staff serving breakfast are so professional and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble.
