My friend and I shared a twin room The hotel is like a maze of delights. On our floor there was a plunge pool and across the road is a jacuzzi We had one night and had to stay another as BA cancelled our flights. The service was great, the breakfast just perfect and on our last day….The beach club with the pool was such fun. The hotel is well placed and close to the main shopping area and Cathedral . We certainly didn’t need a car and enjoyed much of Palma by foot. I cannot recommend this quirky, contemporary hotel more. When next in Palma, I will definitely book this hotel again.

Puro Beach Illetas supposedly closing down!! Having cancelled our wedding 2 months out. Taking no responsibility or offering and compensation by management! So disappointed in puro as this was such a special place for me and my partner. Now having lost thousands and we currently have no venue for our wedding ceremony.

The most friendly and helpful staff, easy check in and everyone was so nice! rooms were so cool and breakfast in the morning was amazing! Location cannot be beat! they even brought us a bottle of champagne and cake for my fiance's bday! recommend 10/10

What a lovely hotel right in the heart of Palma. Very beautiful internally and with super comfortable rooms. And a delicious breakfast too. Despite a problem with our initial room, we have given 5 stars because of how this was eventually resolved. With kindness and professionalism. Anna was a star. She was helpful, understanding and kept us well informed. And thank you to all at the hotel for living up to their reputation for excellent customer service.

Puro was s an excellent hotel and feels like a dream staying there, very beautiful serene atmosphere and amazing breakfast! Ana at the front desk helped to make our stay amazing and went anove snd beyond to give the best service. My 2nd time staying at hotel and I love it!

The hotel stay experience was awsome. The room was very good, the breakfast was delicious and the staff very nice and kind. Definitely a place to return on our next trip to Palma de Mallorca. We recommend

Everything really good , lovely friendly staff. One nagging point being the regular buzzing in the room from the thermostat, annoying in the middle of the night! A small problem just thought you should know!!
