Hotel ok, blisko plaży, widok z okna to na pewno jeden z większych plusów tego miejsca. Jedzenie ok. Szału nie było, źle też nie.

Hotel wygląda, jakby się rozpadał, plastikowe krzesła na dużym balkonie z dziurami i tacą dla palących, klimatyzacja nie działa, nie posprzątałem naszego pokoju, nieprzyjazny personel nie mógł zrozumieć, dlaczego byliśmy źli... Kaucja za nowy ręcznik mimo że pokój nie był czysty... Wybierz inny hotel i ciesz się Palmą we właściwy sposób.

Podstawowy pokój, który wymagałby odrobiny odświeżenia, podstawowe śniadanie. Niektóre niedogodności, takie jak długie oczekiwanie na ręczniki plażowe. Bar na dole nie dał do wypicia szklanki wody z kranu (sprzedawał tylko plastikowe butelki…), co wydawało się trochę próbą wyciśnięcia każdego grosza. Jednak wspaniały widok na ocean z balkonu.

On arrival we waited ages to get seen and when we did we didn’t get a hello or any information on the hotel or where to go for our room. No teas or kettle in the room, or iron. The majority off the staff were rude and unhelpful. We let them know straight away the toilet wasn’t attached to the wall properly and coming away from the wall but it never got sorted. However - easy to get the bus and nice beach. If you don’t want to stay in the hotel much then it’s ok but overall disappointing

The hotel is on a gorgeous beach and has it's own pool and is only one bus ride away from the centre of Palma. Great service from everyone in the hotel, the room was spacious and very clean. Just generally a great positive experience.

I booked a room which from photos on booking page showed a terrace and a well finished pleasant room. The reality is no terrace- you do get a window. The floor has cheap deteriorating laminate flooring and the walls are a drab grey. In fairness I didn’t read through the list of what you get assuming a kettle and coffee sachets at least would be there. I mean you get that in the most basic bed and breakfast. But the coffee goes with the terrace it would seem. It did advertise a minibar.. it’s a small empty fridge that doesn’t appear to refrigerate and has no ice box. On asking about coffee, I was told it’s only with ‘superior room’. Wow the luxury of superior rooms here… you get a little Nespresso. I know this as the rest of my party are in the neighbouring and better appointed La Cala boutique. They are both Be Live sister hotels and I booked my Marivent one in error as I was told to book the Be Live and booked the wrong one. They have a lovely terrace with direct beach and sea view …a Nespresso!! and a beautifully appointed interior in general. They are two people and pay in total 25% more than I did for my grey no terrace no coffee and a view of a neighbouring hotel window room. If I look sharp right from my window I can see the sea view so I do that every so often to feel like I’m on holidays. Well time for an afternoon coffee so I better get dressed and go find a cafe as nothing in this hotel. Best avoided. A coffee sachet and a kettle ffs… :D

Great stay at the hotel. Breakfast excellent, staff very friendly, room tidy and spacy. I would very much recommend this hotel.
