Przydałoby się więcej udogodnień. Na przykład takie drobiazgi jak kapcie (szczególnie zimą), serwetki, butelka wody. Lokalizacja jest świetna, sprzątanie też, śniadanie też Personel restauracji jest bardzo uprzejmy.

Absolutnie doskonały! Personel był bardzo uprzejmy, recepcjonistka pomogła nam w rezerwacji stolików w niektórych z najlepszych restauracji na Majorce. Bardzo czysty, a nasz pokój 114 miał wspaniały mały taras. Na pewno zatrzymam się tu ponownie!

My friend and I stayed here for just under a week during a short getaway. We absolutely loved this hotel and could barely find any faults with it. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, even went above and beyond. The hotel itself is very beautiful and the room was comfortable, simple but nicely furnished, spacious and felt really clean, and was cleaned daily. The mini fridge was really helpful to keep snacks and water in, too. The location was really good as well, definitely within walking distance of all the main city attractions, about 15-20 minutes. Could barely hear any traffic noise, in fact I think the other doors closing in the hallway was louder. One thing that would make it perfect would be to have a kettle / coffee machine. We didn't have breakfast there but the menu of the restaurant did seem a little bit limited for both breakfast and dinner and evening drinks options. Only other problem we had was a bit of confusion with their parking / the parking wasn't available even though we were meant to be paying for a space. (Just a tip, for renting a car - parking in Palma is an absolute nightmare - unless you want to pay 30 euros each night for an underground car park - we walked 15-20 mins to our car each morning. But still worth it) Overall it was a lovely stay and we looked forward to coming back to our room each night.

We stayed at the Nou Baleares in mid December to check out the Christmas lights in Old Town Palma. This time we came to see the Festival of the Three Kings at the port and in Old Town. Both times our stay was great. We were greeted with a glass of champagne upon arriving and this time were provided with an appetizer in the restaurant/coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The staff is great and the rooms are comfortable. And the large rainshower in the shower is great.

Comfortable last minute stay. Room nicely decorated and in good condition. Large bathroom. Good location and friendly staff

Wonderful experience...staff was amazing and this is the best hotel breakfast i have ever had! Would definitely stay again.
