This is my second stay at the Lis, and I would certainly return. The hotel is lovely, very nice reception area, we were in room 405 which was very spacious, great balcony and lovely cold air con! Just what we needed in August. I requested a travel cot which was set up for our arrival. I made a comment to Martin (the owner) what my favourite drink was and he went out and bought the drink for me. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool is lovely, in the sun of a morning and shade in the afternoon which is great if you fancied a break from the sun, but if you still wanted the sun, you could go up to the roof where there were lots of beds, chairs and even a hot tub! which was spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely be returning again hopefully soon. Special thanks to Martin, Doroty & Olga, they were all amazing and made our experience at The Lis a beautiful one.

I have stayed at the Lis a few times now. Martin the owner is extremely friendly and can’t do enough for you. The staff are all lovely. The rooms are spotless. Very chilled vibe in the hotel, lovely reception area. Beautiful pool and roof terrace with hot tubs. This is and always has been by far my first choice of hotel to book when in Majorca. It’s local to the bars, restaurants and bus stops. The bar is very reasonably priced and the food is lovely too. I highly recommend this hotel Thank you to Martin and the staff and see you again in August!

Nice hotel at a nice price. Outdoor pool & Jacuzzi. Room is simple, but comfortable. Bath tub and powerful shower head. Perfect location for me. 8 euro cab tide or bus to Palma Historic area. Beaches, car & scooter rentals 2 minute walk. Restaurants and bars 2 minute walk. There are 2 massage spas, 1 barber & 1 hair salon. Everything one needs is a 2 minute walk.

Awesome owner! Thanks for being so nice! We are impressed by location as well-very close to the great beach as well as the city center. Really recommended for everyone visiting Mallorca for leisure. Had little issues with WiFi on 4th floor, that’s one small comment.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Was a little nervous at first as the view out front is of a derelict building. But the hotel rooms are nice and the building is ver well located. Nice roof terrace for drinks and easy access to surrounding beaches by foot or bus.

big room with a large couch, seperate kitchen with frigo and microwave, possibility to reserve the jacuzzi for free, helpfull and friendly staff, in short we had a very good time and this is a very good hotel to stay in a nice part of town grtjs Dieter

Really nice place close to beach and super nice host, can definitely recimmend this place, there is also jacuzzi on the roof and swimming pool on the ground floor, good wifi even for working so we are Happy :)

In questo hotel non c'è stato niente di positivo. Camere fatiscenti formiche in giro. Frigorifero ruggine aria condizionata non funzionante. Un ventilatore sgangherato. Biancheria ingiallita e macchiata. Le camere alle 23 ancora da fare.
