Exceptional in all ways - location, staff, breakfast, awesome suite - everything - everything. We got off to a terrible start - I left my rucksack in a taxi on the way to the hotel from the airport!!! - Valentine on reception had it tracked down and delivered to the hotel within half an hour!!! - extraordinary - as cool as you like - she saved our holiday - we are so so grateful to her. thank you to all so much - Simon and Tracey

As a very frequent traveler and former employee of the tourism industry I have to recommend this hotel to everyone. I would've stayed in the business if even a handful of the many hotels I visited would match up to this location. Our stay was more than delightful. The location could not be better - the general flair, smell and lighting are unbelievable welcoming, cozy and reflect mediterranean hospitality to its fullest. The staff is exceptionally welcoming, friendly and competent. Everyone I spoke to was absolutly fluent in perfect english. We arrived without a real plan on short notice and received a perfect recommendation for a great evening. The rooms are straight up beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Small things like water pressure, the bathroom in general and the mattresses or pillows are exactly what they should be. Everything was spotless clean and in remarkable condition. It was perfect in every aspect. We are still in awe and love for this location.

This hotel is absolutely stunning and our room was to die for. We stayed in the Persian Suite — it was gorgeous and the bathroom was especially amazing with the HUGE tub and shower (and fireplace and chandelier, etc!). Pure luxury. The staff was amazing as well. Definitely would recommend - it is a special place to stay.

We had the most amazing stay at Palma Riad. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful (Lea was so sweet!). I wish we had a few more nights there. Hotel is in a great location for exploring Palma. Our room was stunning, the bathroom was insane, we had a cool little overhang so you could watch the street life; it was just a perfect experience. We had to leave early in the morning, they were able to get breakfast ready early in the morning and send us on our way. Can't recommend this place enough.

We habe spent one night at Palma Riad and got an upgrade to the Penthouse Suite, which was amazing. The location of the hotel is very central, but still in a quiet little street. From the welcome to the check-out, the staff was highly professional, friendly and welcoming. The bed was amazing - truly comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional. We loved the design and the clear concept it had through all aspects of the hotel. We would book the hotel again for sure.

Palma Riad is an extremely stylish boutique hotel in the heart of Palma’s old town. Every room/suite is completely different and designed in an Arabian fusion style with meticulous attention to every single detail, while staying truthful to the general charactwr of the building and the area. The staff was extremely kind, helpful and accommodating. I stayed at the Hamman suite which gave film noir vibes - staying at this unique hotel was an incredible experience that I will never forget. The price is VERY reasonable for what you get.

We live in Palma but treat us to this fabulous hotel when we deserve it or need it😄 This is something completely different from the normal 5-star experience and something we appreciate so much more. Relaxing in this environment is really taking it it up to another level. Thank you, Riad, se you soon again. And thanks for the Cava and birthday cake😀

Our stay at the Palma Riad was truly wonderful. From the minute you walk through the door it has a beautiful scent, and a sense of calm washes over you. The interior is beautifully designed, as are the 11 individual rooms. The rooms are private and spacious, and the dark but warm tones of the interior lend themselves well to a perfect night’s sleep. Breakfast was in a beautiful atrium with a full complimentary breakfast. And it has a beautiful bar attached to the lobby where you can sip pre-dinner cocktails. It is perfectly located in the old town near to a lovely shopping street and you have restaurants like El Camino on your doorstep. A huge thank you to Carlos especially who was so friendly and the perfect host for our stay, a Mallorquin himself, we had delightful chats with him about the island he grew up in. We will be sure to come back and say hi!

What a place to feel totally pampered in! From first glance on arrival it is clear that attention has been given to every detail. The decor is exceptional and unique and the whole place smelt divine 😊. Cosy corners everywhere you look.Our room was amazing and felt very luxurious here again the attention to detail was very apparent. Everything needed to make us very comfortable was available. Worthy of an individual mention was the magnificent bathroom with shower and ‘cave’ bath complete with dreamy scented Molton Brown toiletries beautifully presented. Staff were incredible and nothing was too much trouble in particular Mario who was super friendly and accommodating. Cannot leave out Carlos,Jaume and Noella apologies if I have not spelt correctly, all of whom made our stay very special indeed. We have recommended to friends and will definitely be back.
