Piękny hotel boutique na starym mieście. Zachwyca swoim gustownym wystrojem i historia. Personel z pasja który oferuje swoje usługi na najwyższym poziomie, zawsze bardzo pomocny. Miło przy zameldowaniu posłuchać o historii tego miejsca, dzięki temu można się poczuć ze jest się w prawdziwym majorkinskim pałacu. Pyszne śniadanie a la carte serwowane do godziny 12:00. Jako gość hotelowy można skorzystac ze specjalnych taryf w Puro Beach Club oraz oferuja darmowy przejazd busem z hotelu dla osób rezerwujących leżaki. Na pewno tu wrócę i serdecznie polecam

Puro Grand Hotel to naprawdę wyjątkowe miejsce! Jego ciepły wystój z gustem tworzy przytulną atmosferę, a lokalizacja w sercu Palma de Mallorca dodaje mu uroku. Historia tego miejsca jest fascynująca i dodaje mu niepowtarzalnego charakteru. Personel jest niezwykle profesjonalny i uprzejmy, zawsze gotowy pomóc. Śniadania to prawdziwa uczta dla podniebienia - pyszne i różnorodne dania na dobry początek dnia. Gorąco polecam Puro Grand Hotel każdemu, kto szuka niezapomnianego pobytu na Majorce!

The Puro Grand is a tiny annex style hotel. It’s physically linked to its bigger sister 3* hotel and has shared services. The only difference between this single hotel facility is a separate entrance (10 meters away) and the ‘Grand’ has better rooms. During our stay there was one person running everything - reception, bar, service. The ‘Grand’ has no atmosphere - it’s a hostel where people come to sleep. No one eats here - as it’s an empty little husk of a place with no staff and dirty glasses and tables everywhere (see photos’). The web site is cynical and deceitfully deceptive. This is a dreadful hotel that relies on its convenient location.

Great boutique hotel. Clean, excellent service. Especially mentioning Abdallah and Meryam for their professionalism and help. Would certainly go there again. Location of hotel is excellent in the old town in close proximity to restaurants, and shopping .

What a beautiful hotel, full of character and great location. The breakfast was fabulous such fresh and healthy choices. The customer service was second to none, HUGE thanks to the two ‘angels’, Angel(a) who assisted big time on reception and Angel(ica) the waitress, both were always with a smile and went all out to make our stay special and memorable big THANKS we will be back .

Simply superb. We have had an amazing stay at the hotel which we would highly recommend. The staff were excellent and helpful, we were met by Camilla at reception when we arrived and she made sure we were looked after and gave us a tour of the hotel to show us all its facilities. Our room was excellent and was a delight for our three day stay, lots of individual touches such as fresh flowers, gifts, chocolates and tea/coffee. The breakfast was also excellent, great choices and available between 8am and 12pm. The hotel is also ideally situated for exploring the city. Looking forward to our return. Thank you again for our lovely break with you.

Great hotel in a really good location. Easy access to city centre, cathedral and port. 2 minute walk to loads of bars and restaurant, but situated in a very narrow, quiet street. Room was great, comfortable bed, loads of room and a huge shower. only stayed B&B and breakfast was very good. Staff were excellent and very knowledgeable.

The location is great and the room was nice (although not extraordinary), but as a solo traveller, the primary experience was indifference - from the welcome to the check out. This was hugely contrasted with the warm and friendly staff at purobeach, who went out of their way to offer excellent service with a smile. There were also a few bugs in the bed and helpfully the hotel moved me as soon as I found them, however at check out the next day there was no real mention or apology, other than to say there had been nothing there - which is incorrect.

The Puro Grand is a beautiful hotel. As you enter from the tiny street there is a table in front of you with a beautiful display of flowers and the fragrance all around the hotel is gorgeous. We were greeted at reception by Angela, manager, who was delightful. We were presented with a welcome drink and Anna took over and showed us to our rooms. Lovely room with a great bathroom and a big walk-in shower. The bonus for me was the free standing light up mirror in the bathroom which is always useful when applying make up. A small thing but overlooked by most hotels. The room was very clean and fragrant. The bar staff were always cheerful and pleasant with a special mention for Sebastian but all the staff were great.
