Hotel Gabarda

Its our last day here but its our first time visit to Hotel Gabarda and Palma Nova itself and it did not disappoint. Its a 2 star plus but the staff make it a 5 star stay they are absolutely brilliant from the Cleaners, the Bar and waiting staff and reception. Even the owner is around and about and always greeted with a smile and a handshake. We did however have an incident with another room but Adele on reception was swift and went above and beyond to sort this situation and was so attentive. She was great in every aspect anything you need to know or ask questions nothing was a bother and she is always very knowledgeable. The breakfast was phenomenal and plenty of choice the staff were very attentive and courteous and by the end of the week know your order, always a bonus 😉 The cleaners come around everyday and a great job is done by them every time leaving the room impeccable and always there with a "Hola" Antonio on the bar was fantastic, On a night time we would always have a drink before heading out for food and he would always be there with a smile nothing was a bother to him and always happy to chat. Overall, the hotel is amazing and I got quite emotional with Adele at reception today as we are so not ready to go home tomorrow, the staff have definitely made this holiday for us. Thank you to each and everyone of you, your all a credit to this hotel. We hopefully will be back to visit in September. What an absolute gem of a place. Until then- Adios!!

Another wonderful stay at this little gem. The refurbishment is stunning and so good to see that a new look hasn't changed the family welcome, which greets you as you step in and as you leave. Our visit was marred by an incident outside of the hotel and the staff were amazing. Hopefully see you in September x

Stayed here for 1 week good communication with hotel prior to arrival to upgrade room to superior with terrace which are in 3 rd floor and no lifts ! Had a very early flight and arrived at hotel around 1130 room wasn’t ready and was told to leave luggage in luggage room go get a drink and room would be ready we walked down the street to local bar and a couple of drinks and returned room was ready The stairs are a killer especially with cases Did not use pool very small area and sun beds nearly touching each other used the beach which is only 5 minute walk €13.50 for 2 sun beds and umbrella Had a double bed which was 2 singles together with mattress topper on it All staff in hotel were friendly reception staff very helpful Breakfast is served to you menu offered every day with choices as other have stated only 1 drink allowed

What can I say about this hotel? Nothing is too much trouble for all the amazing staff that work here. They are a credit to the Owner ( I hope you pay them well!) Breakfast fabulous, rooms very clean and spacious. Location wise - everything is on your doorstep for food and drinks. We liked the fact that you have another pool to relax around which is across the road from the hotel. We had to get the bus to the airport as our transfer did not turn up. The bus stop is less than 5 mins walking from the hotel. It cost us 4 euros and took us straight to departures. So next time we will save our 40 euros and get on the bus. We are looking to return next year and now, we have found this little gem we won't stay anywhere in Palmanova.

It was really good trip and stay as well.. Really recommend for everyone. We enjoyed it. No complaints.

You can't go wrong with this hotel. It says 2 star but the staff make you feel 5 star. Again, thanks to Antonio, Jose, Sylvia,Adele, Ana ,Christine, and the cleaners. The room is spotless every day. Booked for next year already with the hotel.

If your working on a budget this is a great place to stay, it’s only a five minute stroll to the main *****,the hotel has the basics pool and bar etc the thing that sets this apart from the others is the excellent staff. I will definitely return. Can’t fault it for the money

This is a little gem ..absolutely can't fault it in any way ..everything was perfect 👌 will be going again next year ...service/ location/ staff all brilliant....freshly cooked breakfast every morning.

We are staying here currently (home tomorrow 😢) Such a amazing place to stay, staff are so friendly, we have stayed here before and will deffo be back! Breakfast is fabulous 👌 Drinks are very reasonably priced. Rooms are small but what else do you need. Location is great, 5 min walk to beach, bars, restaurants. The staff make this place amazing, they are so friendly, polite and nothing is too much trouble! Well done Gabarada and Gill. 😊
