This hotel is brand new, beautiful and probably the best regular Marriott we have stayed at. All the staff were friendly, positive, service-oriented and very accommodating. I especially want to recognize Victoria and Collin at the front desk and Dorthea (I think that is her name) in the M lounge. Our Bonvoy Platinum perks were automatically offered and included breakfast vouchers for lobby restaurant when M Lounge was closed. It was very convenient having programmed wrist bands rather than keycards. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had nice seating areas, plenty of lighting and outlets. Linens were good quality and slippers and robes provided. The entire hotel is spotless. The lobby restaurant is reasonably priced for a hotel. Burgers and omelettes were delicious and servers were friendly and efficient. The pool area is lovely with lots of seating and umbrellas. The pool has zero-depth entry in one area so it is very accessible. The M lounge had a good variety of soft drinks, coffee/tea and bagged snacks. However, it does not have additional food presentations from Friday morning 9:00 am to 5:30 Sunday evening. When the lounge did have evening hor'deouves, it was mostly crudities and charcuterie. There was a pot with hot cheese dip, bread and miniscule wontons. Definitely not enough to have as a small meal like most other executive lounges we have experienced. I am nitpicking but have several suggestions for management: 1) Put a sanitizer/Purell station in the M Lounge 2) Provide heartier hot hor'deurves in the M Lounge. 3) In the lobby restaurant, place parchment paper under food served on wooden cutting boards as the boards have knife marks that may create risk of not being properly sanitized 4) Have folio accessible on in-room TV All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.
