If smiling faces and good service from the staff is important to you, I highly recommend this property. The restaurant was pretty good! Perfect for American tastes. The restaurant staff was SO friendly. I’ve been in Panama for several weeks and stayed in three other hotels. My experiences were functional, but not at all friendly with check in and out. Thanks for being such a bright light Hilton Garden Inn!

Such a wonderful visit at the Hilton Garden Inn in Panama City, Panama. The staff was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was impressive. Thank you to Johan who really made our time even more memorable. Make sure to take a visit to the roof to see the city at night. 💯 worth it!

The hotel location was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant are very competitive. The staff were well above average. Actually, they were very responsive, respectful, understanding, and patient with me. My only complaint was that the rooms had no hot water. The hot water temperature was 2 on a scale of 1 to 10. I tried very hard to adjust, but I could only endure 3 of a 19-day stay. I had to relocate. The sales professional failed to inform me of the lack of hot water. I guess it was a cultural thing.

The staff were wonderful, very attentive. Great breakfast, clean rooms, good parking. However, the rooms do not have hot water. I had a tour by a sakes agent a week prior to check-in. I was not told about the lack of cold water during the walk through. I complained to no avail. Was intended to stay for 19 days. Only stayed three days as I could not tolerate the cold water.

Hot water takes forever to come one. Also, they nickel and dime you. If you want to have a friend over or anyone not on the room reservation, they will charge you $27 each time even with your friend's ID! Additionally, they put a coffee machine in your room but make you buy your own coffee pods downstairs if you want them.

A localização do hotel é bem no centro da cidade o que facilita os deslocamentos até mesmo de metro. Estação fica bem próxima. As acomodações são boas e alimpeza e arrumação me feitas. Fica um especial agradecimento a todos os funcionários do hotel que tão bem sabem tratar os hospedes com muita atenção e gentileza. O hotel conta com um serviço de transporte feito por pessoas tereceirizadas mas que tem a mesma atenção da equipe do hotel. Muito seguro.. Excelente experiencia

Alles passte hier. Rezeption mit Diego geht nicht besser - super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Zimmer modern, bequemes Bett, Frühstück überdurchschnittlich mit frischem Obst, Eierstation, freundlicher Bedienung und attraktiv angerichtet. Komme gerne wieder.

La ubicación es excelente, el personal que labora en el hotel es excelente, son muy atentos y están pendientes de cualquier cosa, el jefe de seguridad estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo de nosotros, atento a cualquier solicitud muy diligente, el administrador del hotel es una excelente persona, la comida es deliciosa,en conclusión recomiendo este hotel, es espectacular!!!
