The door was locked when we arrived. We had to find another hotel. I would like to be reimburse for all the inconvenients. Thank you

Phone got stolen : We stayed for a day in this hostel. We left one business cell phone in the room, and when we tried to contact the hostel manager, he never picked our calls. When we went to the hostel in the morning, he didn't answer the bell. Few days later, my phone was roaming in Panama and when we tried to gallon the number, it was switched off. Such an irresponsible Hostel, very dirty, super bad location and have to suffer a loss because of him. Maybe thats why he doesn't have his google listing, direct number or email address anywhere. Please dont stay here.

the neighborhood is shady. the portly guy receptionist is not helpful, all the amenities are old, but it's a cheap place. there you go. they don't have a bar. it's just a room with a bed and A/C.

A nice, quiet, clean, and comfortable place to stay near the 5 de Mayo metro station & Casco Viejo. Sr. Ever (?) was very helpful as was the young man who checked me in. Would definitely stay here again.

Value for money ok. It seems as if the accommodation is still being renovated and old rooms are offered which are very outdated. Nevertheless, the host charges a fair price and still endeavours to provide a good room. At first we were not satisfied with the accommodation, but the receptionist (or owner?) then provided us with a better room and even washed all our laundry free of charge as compensation.
The location is great! Just a few metres from the centre of Casco Viejo and the underground , bus station. Great to experience life outside the tourist centre. Thanks again for the hospitality!

Easy check in, friendly service, awesome laundry rates and in a decent area. Make sure they give you a key to get in at the gate!! They're doing construction so no rooftop area at the moment. Walkable to fish market and Casco Veijo (never felt unsafe). Grocery store nearby. No hot water was the downside, otherwise, for the amount we paid, we were satisfied.

Not the Ritz but what would you expect for $30 a night in Casco Viejo. Staff was wonderful. Bar on the property was a plus. What really shines is the location.

Me hospedé nada más un día porque mi vuelo salía tarde, en general, está bien si te quieres quedar cerca del casco histórico y del transporte público, pero debes ser consciente de donde está ubicado puesto que es un sector de comercio, el lugar estaba limpio, disponía de lo necesario y el personal estaba atento, lo único que no me gustó fue que había una fuga no se si en la ducha o qué, pero el goteo si me puso tensa un momento, de ahí la ventana del baño daba a la escalera así que si no cerrabas la puerta, bien te podían ver por ahí, lo otro que no me gustó fue que el armazón de la cama es de hierro y estaba cubierto por la sabana, me pasé golpeando varias veces porque estaba cerca de la puerta del baño, pero por lo demás todo es de acuerdo a como se ve.
