I like a stay in your hotel such a good view property I realy like the invormenth of hotel. The staff was very cooperative and understanding special thanks to Mr. Bhavesh rawal he help us alot very thank You so much for your help and cordination.

We booked a Magnolia room here in The Cliff Resort and on arrival we got to know that the actual booking is made for some anthurium room which is in the basement. There was some miscommunication between the their own teams. The only reason I am giving five star is for Akshay and the reception staff Priyanka, Paras and Rakesh who made sure we do not get upset in the starting of our stay. Thanks alot guest it was an amazing experience the room was facing the lake and it will be lovely to visit again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Cliff Resort! Stunning views, excellent facilities, and friendly staff. The rooms were very elegant and comfortable, and not to forget the dining options, very delicious. Nice kids play area. Highly recommend for a relaxing escape!

We really enjoyed our stay in panchgani. One of the best resort I have ever stayed in. The best part Is thier hospitality and the services. The view is breathtaking and food is also delicious. Special thanks to Entire front office team for always assisting us.

Great place to visit for a short trip. The ambience is amazing the view is beautiful the food is delicious and has a lot of options for kids and adults. The service is great staff is polite and friendly. The spa is relaxing. Some staff names that I would like to mention Rakesh, Subhrato, Naveen and Priyanka Thanks a lot for your guidance.

We stayed in the suite room, which was sufficient for a family of 4, with good arrangement of bed and sofa cum bed. The food was also top notch and delicious. In the resort, we had fun at the pool and indoor game zone which was enjoyable by children too!

Great location, amazing views, awesome food, beautiful rooms, great service, awesome amenities.... an absolute choice for a good staycation .. Friends or family or a quality couple time is an absolute worth, The infinity swimming pool and the bar next to it is a perfect sundowner

The Cliff has an extraordinary view especially during sunsets. The temperature controlled infinity pool which also has a bar and sheesha place by it's side is a delight. The rooms are amazing with breath taking valley views. It's a must visit if you're looking for a luxury stay in Panchgani.
