Great food by junior sous chef. Would love to come again with family. Great indoor games and small events planned across. Breakfast and dinner buffets are the highlights. Amazing pool and spa services. One of the only few places that seem great enough to stay in mahabaleshwar.

Clean rooms and tasty food. A variety of dishes were presented for both breakfast and dinner. The service was good and the staff was quite friendly and helpful as well. The junior sous-chef was very polite and welcoming. We’re really pleased with the overall experience.

I would recommend everyone to visit the property, you will have a great time guaranteed! Amazing views…great hospitality and they give personal touch! Great options to eat for both vegetarian and non vegetarian! Special thanks to Jr sous chef for the amazing surprise

Great place to stay, staff is very good, specially restaurant staff are Great. Thanks to Chef Jr Sous for special care of my daughter. Overall Great experience. Parking area, room view also very nice. Thanks...to all... staffs. I will visit this place again.

The moment we stepped into the hotel..we were enveloped in a world of relaxtion due to the various scents that were kept there. The lobby was nothing short of magnificent,boasting elegant design. We recieved cold towels which were very relaxing and made us fresh. The room was clean,ac was working well,everything was great. The housekeeping staff that is,Mr Prasad and Mr.Satish were professional and respectful of our privacy,yet always available to accommodate any requests. The overall food was very delicious. Whenever there was any issue the restaurant monarch was always there,giving us personal attention for every little thing. Mr.Ganpat, Mr Ganesh and the ***ager also provided a very good service. The receptionist staff were very humble and helped us throughout our stay at grand victoria,the fern hotel.There was place in the backyard where there was a small playground and badminton court which was very fun to play with. My most favourite game in the whole resort was the archery. Overall experience was good..we.enjoyed our stay at the Grand Victoria,The Fern Resort

The food is amazing . The room is also good very good service and hospitality is superb I would rate it 5 star would recommend to everyone the bed is superb quality and clean although the room is small i would say that 4 people will fit in it but don't take a twin bed but take a double bed

Property is huge..very well maintained. Fun place in itself. Staff is very helpful. Staff at the restaurant including the chefs are co-operative. They ensure you enjoy your meals. The pool and poolside area is extremely pleasant. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Game room is entertaining and well maintained.

The food was very good - Jr Su chef served us brilliantly ***y activities for kids. The location is very good. We were greeted with rains on our arrival and our room had valley view. This added to the beauty of the valley and the hotel. Overall a great experience
